® Setting daily and weekly production quotas/ monitoring outputs
® Attending daily production meeting
® Report daily production targets
® Document and manage system changes to production schedule 
® Monitor machinery equipment of production line
® Understanding and coordinating materials needed for production
® PLC (scda) system operations
® Monitoring quality control
® Update staff Attendance records
® Training of new employees
® Conduct one to one interviews and also review staff skills development
® Delegating Staff responsibility and duties of care in the work place 
® Ensuring O.H.S procedures are followed and site Job risk assessments are conducted accordingly 
® Plan and implement standard operation procedures 
® Arrange accredited training for staff advancement

in everyday work we always make sure and make plan how we going to finish our job,this is why i always learn a lot of strategy and idea coming to my workmate and its a good thing for me.About the management they always supporting us on all the good thing we are suggesting them,my relationship to my workmate is very enjoyable because everybody is always cooperating to each other so we always finish our job very easy.the hardest part in our job is when we don't have enough people working on production,and the most enjoyable part in our job is when someone is celebrating his/her birthday all of us is contributing money to buy food and we are eat together.

Daily operations at Matrix C&E involved a broad range of organisational structuring, learning and development, complimented by the dedicated support of peers and management, allowing for an environment that reflected a close family dynamic.


I was unexperienced and untrained when I started. Matrix managed my capabilities appropriately, and developed my skills sufficiently. Eventually I was able to independently work in the paintshop section of the manufacturing process.

Matrix was a very good stepping stone for my future career. they have helped me improve my communication skills because matrix is a multi culture company. a very good training ground to improve multi skill people.

im a hardworker and i want to learn new expirence and the management are great and also my co-worker are friendly working in matrix is so fun but some complacated issue happend but even though im not working in matrix anymore im still proud that im working in the company

productive and fun, learned how to be a leader, management are friendly and culture are excellent the hardest part of the job is achieving targets but the most enjoyable is you will work with kind workmates.
