selling skin care and cosmetics to woman and teaching them all about their skin and how to take care of it. also teaching them about make up and how to apply it. 

This job really took me out of my comfit zone in a great way, meeting new people and being able to stand up in front of them and talk was always something i couldn't do. now thanks to Mary Kay Cosmetics i feel more confident in myself and have helped woman feel confident in themselves as well.

 It's a very flexible job that can work around your life and a great way for woman who need a bit of extra income.

 My co-workers are all so welcoming and friendly, Beautiful confident woman that really supported me and made me feel like i could achieve anything. 

the hardest part of the job was getting the courage to step out of that comfit zone and meeting new people and having a conversation with them.

The most enjoyable part about the job was getting together with my customers and their friends and family and helping them feel beautiful on the outside. just the whole experience of this job has helped me in so many ways and my friendly co-workers and customers made it a pleasure to work in this business.

Their products if you know how to coordinate and the steps of application they work.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not having the product when you really need it Quantity wise

Tending to my customers and following up with them and my team members encouraging them to reach their potential

I had the ability to learn new computer systems and HR tasks.

Supportive management and co workers, a really friendly environment.

Face paced workplace. A lot of hands on and accuracy needed. Friendly workplace environment. Made sure to donate a lot of their excess stock instead of dumping it.

I would help mum out when i was free attending training nights with her on Tuesday nights, it was really fun working with her because she would let me help out with packing the orders and marking the stock off the stock list and just little things like that.

Loved working with cosmetics and beauty products.
Loved hosting informative parties for women, rewarding to be able to see the customer satisfaction.

Generally assisted customers in acquiring the best suited 
cosmetics for their needs and also Inventory 
Management duties. Great Balance between work/life due to doing everything at own speed.

This company was all about enhancing the lives of women which I was able to do through my roles either through sales or the development of members of my team
