Worked at MiC for 6 years, they are super supportive and really recognise when you do a job well done. They are great with progression, payrises and benefits. Solid commission if you get stuck in and do it. The best culture, I tried another company for a few months and it really does put into perspective the unreal people and the support of the environment. 

Fast, fun and full of life would best describe my former employer. A call centre can sometimes be erratic and overwhelming however this was a small down to the many ups of working at MIC. Wide range of people, personalities and opportunities within the business. Would recommend/10

I have worked for Make It Cheaper for 2 years and have been loving it since day 1. There is great progression within the business and I have worked my way up from on the phones to running my own team. If you are competitive, love making good money and want an awsome work culture, this is the job for you.

Young and fun culture. Lots of backpackers. Good work/life balance - play games on the breaks to give your mind a break. Go out together on Fridays after work if you want to. 
Regular meetings to celebrate success and monitor development. 

Very inclusive company where internal progression is celebrated and encouraged. Upper management take a genuine interest in getting to know new starters.
Lots of company events and exciting company culture, strongly recommend! 

Sharing of warm leads instead of certain people raking in massive commissions would be nice. The title of “Inbound Sales” is deceptive as we are cold calling people (from a supposed database of previous/or interested parties) however this is an Outbound role. 

No day is ever the same, culture is unbeatable and I look forward to coming to work! Senior management take do care about career progression for all and are willing to make investments in the right people

Excellent work culture and they care about their staff. Have referred friends to work here. The CEO invests and cares about his team. Its a really fun place to work.

My daily job duties would include;

- Managing the reception area
- Taking incoming calls and direct them to the correct department
- Hitting daily targets set by the company
