Team was good  actual job very long hours

As security officer exposed to potential aggravation in MT ISA the heat no breaks long hours

Depends who is on duty , generally very helpful

Early start extremely busy to breaking point at start and finish day shift the night shift busy end of shift very long shifts quite boring very physical and very taxing on body

They have constantly kept in touch with the guards and the managers were very friendly too

Have not stressed any situation while working fir MSS Security

The work culture while working for MSs is good, have nit expirence any situation while working with them

A typical day is working in peace and always doing your best to overcome any outcome

The manner in which the business operates and its genuineness

It is a big task to adhere to the 12-hour shift.

They are very good, and they are good with all other employees showing similar attitudes.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
12-hour shift with two 10-minute maximum comfort breaks and two 20-minute maximum meal breaks.

I worked with MSS for 28 years i found them to be a great company to work for the Security staff i worked with were great the management team were second to none they were extremely helpful to me the work site i was positioned at for 19 years was great the tenants and building management were very nice people and was an honour to serve both the clients and company

Staff had to work with were very poorly trained by the company ,and there job scrutiny remains little to be desired, I found while being a security supervisor  I had to deal with more than your usual share of Unsatisfied MSS staff , rather than deal with Depart mental security issues.

company that isnt interested in training there staff or pay what they are worth
Everyone is just a number , if you show up to work and make it look like you are interested, work inside the guidelines and make yourself look busy,  you will stay forever. 
Keep your mouth shut and don't have an opinion, you will stay forever 

I can't say much. I would like to find something else wherein I can use my skills and abilities. I would like to explore more in other organisation that my skills and abilities and qualifications will be recognised and respected.

A great company who I enjoyed working for.  The upper Management were very good and the crew were great to get along with. Good working conditions and pay

Worse management I've ever came across they treat there employee really bad . I was working at a corporate place in the city I had to pay my own car park and the manager was really bad I had the worse time working for MSS I'm glad I moved on from there.

I personally had a fun and interesting experience working with MSS and if i was offered a job there again I would definitely take up the offer. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
