This organization will only make you feel worthless, tired, sick and discouraged in the end, you are made to feel like you're at the bottom of the pit from most that on a higher pay grade NOT wanting or acknowledging when you need assistance.  Training is minimal, so sink or swim! and when things go wrong - good luck.
 H.R. Management are the absolute worst, biased, rude and an attitude of being more important than the guys on the floor doing the hard work. Do not be fooled by their initial greeting they may offer you, it doesn't last once you're in, they are not there for the employees, they are dismissive, insulting and easily ignore individuals as if they were beneath them.  This environment is not a happy nor a healthy one, BULLYS  in their own right who constantly get away with it.  The lists of negatives are endless which in turn reflects on how high the staff turnover is and how Burnout is ignored, they just move onto the next.. Good luck to you if your accepted and become part of the click but be careful and watch your back. :) Not even sure the Board of Directors would approve but then again, am sure they would get reports on staff departures and stress leave, so maybe they don't care. SHAMEFUL and not sure how they keep getting away with it!!!!!

In my role within the mental health sector, I have found my team to be incredibly supportive. I have never felt this level of collaboration before—there is always space to share ideas, learn from one another, and grow together.
Our management fosters a sense of protection and encouragement that makes it possible to thrive, even in the most challenging situations. The recent change in CEO has also created more opportunities for dialogue, which strengthens the collaborative culture.
Although job security could be improved, the supportive and team-focused environment makes Momentum Collective a great place to work in mental health.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Can be a bit noisy working with others, felt a bit hurried with urgent work orders

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Good culture, the staff mean well at the company

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Start off reading emails & receiving invoices for payment, process invoices, send off any communications to contractors. Have feedback on urgent work orders for the day - closing them off by the end of business.

This company is on the same pressure to work in the NDIS funding as other companies and thus they make decisions which are easy rather than good. For example keeping bad managers so they dont have to retrain, and taking in dangerous clients withot suitable infrustructure in place. Over all a good company but management and recruitment have problems

Most staff very friendly and helpful. Management (some) are poor decision makers and some are very pro staff appointments of staff who they may have known or worked with previously which does not always result in the best selection for positions.

Supportive colleagues and great clients.
Management has issues including favouritism, gossip and rostering issues. Management does not contribute to positive workplace culture.  Salary sacrifice is available and salary is better than most companies. Clients are great and make the job meaningful. 


The focus seems to be much more on the bottom line than on client or staff satisfaction. The processes are overly complicated, ambiguous and vague. Little support from management. However, great coworkers and clients.

A values based culture that is inclusive, diverse and encompasses equality. Approachable leaders, capable managers and friendly colleagues. A really great place to work.  

Bless this work place Twas humbling to have had this job.  Glory to God to have an opportunity to socialise, feel needed, earning income in a fun way.

It's all about management with this company.
If you are a support worker you are not respected or given positive feedback
Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians.
Good staff are not valued and have to work alongside inexperienced lazy colleagues
