Too many scattered hours. Could start at 3, 4 or 5pm and finish at 3, 4 or 5am next morning. I personally would not work there again. Management is very hard to communicate with and some people are favoured over others. Only plus is, you are given a rostered day off each week depending on how busy it is.
It is long hours standing continuously in one spot for graders and very exhausting for the labours stacking 20kg bags on pallets all night while running the machines. Good Luck if you decide to apply there for employment, you could find it suits you ok, unlike myself and most people I worked with there!

Work 12 hour days most of the year and lucky to bring home 1k a week, high turn over of staff due to poor management and lack of respect of workers. Could be told it’s a 6 hour shift then with an hour left they had another 6-7 hours of work and expect everyone to be fine with it. If you say no to a extra shift or Sunday work expect to be made to stay back every shift to help do someone else’s job. Overall a toxic company to work for. The other employees can give you a laugh but no one is there long enough to even bother asking for names

A typical day is washing, packing, grading, potatoes for  coles, woolworth and market, for local, interstate and export. The staff I have under me work really hard, I  started 10 years ago as a grader and have been a trainer, induction of new employees, assessor, wash operator, machine operator, quality control, and for  the  last 2 years I have been team leader and have up to  30 staff under me.

Management are not adequately trained! *Constant pay mistakes! Constant paperwork issues all from the top
*Bullying, intimidation and harrasment ( most coming from management)
* Poor working conditions, low wages, illegal working hours, 17 hour shifts with only 4 hours off between shifts which is illegal!
Animals and inmates are treated better!

Working at mitolo was a joke they treat people like robots they dont ask they tell and usaually from a foreighner u cant understad  the pay roll and oh&s personal treat u like u are a thief cos every week i was short a days pay when u explain that to them they think u are trying to rip them off!!  the whole place is a joke they employ a lot of backpackers kknowing they wont arupknowingwosaarkstanupuup

Long hours sometimes 5am to 9pm, sometimes working 6 hours without break. 9 hours between shifts, team leaders and management don’t care about workers. Maintenance don’t care, have to ring up for start times, sometimes you don’t know till 8pm what time you start. They treat you like a slave. All they care about is their customers. Do not work here

Work carries out in share. Start time is fix and you can judge end time once you are at work. Bit hard work for guys. couple of short breaks before lunch. Food canteen is not good. Bit remote place-can't expect bus service but ride sharing can be done . This job can help migrants.

Unless you’re a “higher up”, the company will treat you as bad as their produce. Most of the employees are injured and suffer from bad mental health because of the lack of empathy from their team(leaders). The hours fluctuate dramatically. One day there will be 46 hours next there will be 22. Definitely no stability.

15+ hour shifts, Not allowed to sit down or move around and because of that i got nerve damage in my feet. They are sexist and it's difficult trying to advance in a position. Everybody is overworked and it's a difficult place to work in.
