Working for millennium isn't easy. They dont have access to a good source of security personnel and use people for work who are very poor in knowledge of both their job and the industry. 

The companies head office team rarely get back to you about issues and when they do it's all false hope. They never act and never put measures into place to help the crew.

Time and time again individuals are arriving late past their start times and signing on for their actual start time.

The frustration is beyond real when you know that your own company won't have your back if something goes pair shaped.

Our expectations are high but the pay is low. Safe working and handling methods are hard to come by and do not exist on all the premises. 

The company will value money more than the safety of their own employees safety and well being.

While I on the job I learn how to use a radio 📻 and report on  where when I go for a break and listen to where clean up a miss on my area where it a spillover over the the tables or on the floor and vumet. And when a customer asked where a shop that they are looking for and point out to the customer where go from here to thereby. It’s every culture in the world 🌎 . I learn to with coworkers and there culture in the cleaners side of them. How I can provide on myself skill . The supervisor to gave me advice on how I am doing as a cleaner and the feedback was good to me so I fixed what I can me to prove on

What is the best part of working at the company?
Paid correctly, paid on time !  Trustworthy 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Just the place of work ,the company is fine but often the location in Whyalla can be toxic! But that’s nothing new here ! 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
My boss was Asian lovely lady locally in charge, very helpful ! Multicultural and boss was wonderful in Adelaide ! 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
3 hrs flat out getting the job done

The most TOXIC WORKPLACE CULTURE

IT’S the almighty $ that counts, for gods sake don’t injure yourself lol

Company’s code of conduct, why would you bother writing this, it means absolutely nothing

I enjoyed working for Millennium, my workmates were easy to get along with and the work was constant never overbearing and the managers were fair to the employees and i would most likely still be working there but unfortunately family demands forced me to leave.

The area manager never backed you up when there was trouble. Always had problems when needing supplies to do the job properly. If you do any overtime to finish the job you never got paid for the overtime.

This company is determined when it comes to making decisions, critiquing and assessing their employees work in order to make improvements. Though there are faults and difficulties within the company it is a good first job, particularly for those attending high school as most shifts begin after school hours.

I've learnt a great deal with millennium it's awesome working with this company I would like to offer more in the mining industry as a cleaner and I also feel that millennium has a great outlook on there contracts and have very well presented cleaners also

no good company is not the best people are not good management is not good is a lot of envy and bad treatment, not interesting to say more the company is not the best like i said is a lot of envy people hate you if you are good
