i am very appreciative for the job i held at master distributors one of the things i liked most about the workplace they had is most people were very friendly and accepting, i felt welcome from the moment i walked in to the warehouse, it was also a very multi cultural environment which i liked a lot, as i got to learn a lot about many different cultures and backgrounds, management could have been a little bit better for example we had broken  pallet jacks in the warehouse which we were made to use i brought this up with management on several occasions to see no result in the 7 months i was there, we also had holes in the roof of the warehouse that whenever it would rain it would leak on the floor and cause a lot of slipping hazards this also did not get fixed until one day there was a big storm and the ware house was flooded. this also would of had to of been the hardest part of the job. but overall it was a happy and friendly environment and i was very appreciative of how quick they were able to get me started working.
