a daily routine job given by chief officer and must to follow,to be patient and to have a teamwork with fellow crewmates,can work un supervised,not to make any trouble wih anyone onboard,the hardest part of the job is to finish the contract for 6,9 or 12 months depending to the shipping co.and to the contract that i been choosen.the most enjoyable part of the job is when I already finish my contract and sitting inside the plane back home.

Pretty much a bunch of mismanaged/ incorrectly hired … Children…. Pretending to keep their heads above water for the salary/ fake benefits… 
If you have an respect for yourself as a human being… work for someone Aus owned… Maersk,in this day… is the laughing stock of the industry…
Customer last …. Money first should be their motto 😎
I feel sorry for the clients/ customers they have somehow retained….

Very stressful position keeping production at maximum due to mistakes made when conversion performed in Singapore.
No onshore support from management.
Excellent bunch of really committed workers onboard the facility.
No consistenency/continuity between supervisors,management & shifts.

Normal day with catch ups with co workers

Maersk is a pretty good place to work. The workplace is well organised, and most colleagues are friendly and helpful. The job itself is clear and straightforward, and the overall environment is positive. One downside is that it can be difficult to get a permanent position, but apart from that, it is a solid workplace experience.

Management and most staff are Indian so look after their own, work is easy but tedious and time goes super slow especially if you’re on the RF gun which shows the time so you’re constantly looking at it making it go even slower, KPI is ridiculous for putaways (300 an hour), if you’re desperate work here but if you have options look elsewhere now 

Safety of everybody and care of the environment is top priority.
Everyone is given a voice regardless of position or rank.
Work for the next day is given in advance so we have time to prepare for it. Before work starts we have a tool box talk and everyone is given a task that suit their competence level.  

Employees go first but not when we talk about income increase.
awesome office environment, high work standards, great culture. Most managers are approachable and friendly.

Good crew´s and good management, fun periods offshore, and on trains corse, good communication from management trough the all levels, good company policy overall

It really takes care of employee in all means. Trying to develop further with any opportunity.
