From my point of view, it is very stressful in working in lynch. They are pushing to much n start giving threats to the workers for not sending them rosters if they do not give them benchmarks. No safe place to work because your team leaders and supervisors make the girls run for flowers.so many accidents happen over them . Moreover the floor is always wet due to water in flowers and girls slip by the stems of flowers on the ground. Supervisors and team leaders do not want you the clean the floor , they yell on u and ask for benchmarks. Lynch is very unsafe place to work. In the busy times they don’t want to send the girls home early . Very hard to work over there. I do not recommend anyone to work over there.thanku.

Worked here for a couple of weeks. Everything seemed fine at first, then out of nowhere they cancelled our schedule for the rest of the week with zero warning or explanation, so this came as a complete surprise. The lack of communication made the situation feel very unfair and unprofessional. It’s discouraging to feel like your effort isn’t valued and you can be dropped instantly no matter how well you perform. In my experience, it didn’t always feel like everyone was treated equally, which made things uncomfortable.Some of the people were also rude, which added to the negative experience. Based on this, I wouldn’t recommend working here.

Honestly, for people who want to work there, I highly recommend not working there they only hire those people for seasonal events like Mother's day Valentine's day and easter it's not worth applying even if you are working 3 hours of shifts. I honestly worked there for 3 days then wasn't given any shifts after that and was told that they would give me contact in future not worth working if you wanna work there. Workers are very rude and manger just pretend to care when you need help or support

The job is easy, the people are hard to work with. Always screaming and you don't get proper training at all. They never know where to put you. The line leaders argue over where they'll put you its really dramatic. They're real stingy with ppe I had to go buy my own gloves because I was uncomfortable asking for another pair because mine had holes in them. 

This job entailed placing and displaying flowers in stores. It was a challenge convincing the managers their store does well with certain types of flowers, or to add more to their display. I rarely lost on those discussions. I learned time management as it was a get in get out job. The best part of the job was I got to stand back and see the beautiful display I had just created.

I am reliable and punctual and committing to shifts I had never been later at work. I am having a can do attitude and work well in a team. I always helped my team whenever they needs. Also, we shared our experiences in oder to achieve the job. I am having a strong attention to detail so I get understood the job quickly. When I met the hard job I always asked my team for the solution.

Working with flowers to create a gorgeous display is very rewarding.
Liaising with managers for space and allocation has been a great experience. 
 I have asked for more in my role and have been rewarded with more responsibilities and stores so far.

The work is ok . Although the fulltime staff are very pushy , unhelpful, actually alot of racism and favouritism. Basically your pushed to work at your full capacity straight away without actually being shown the procedures straight away .very unreliable workpkace.explains why there are always new faces .

I think Lynch Group was a great place to work at. Co-workers were friendly and easy to work with. I learnt alot of new skills within the warehouse mainly preparation and packaging of flowers. I really enjoyed my time working with Lynch Group and wished it could have been longer but I was only required for that Valentines Period.

Loved working here but alot of lifting and bending. If you like your own company its great but can get boring as you work independently. Lots of time constraints
