The tense and negative culture within Louis Vuitton Oceania stems from poor senior management and lack of involvement or care from the HR team. This company does not set you up for success and it has an everyman for themselves mentality, which creates a lot of anxious undercurrents in the office environment. Management does not know how to develop talent or lead a team in which individuals thrive. The remuneration is very low and there is no sense of community within the teams. I would not recommend working here in either head office or retails floors.

Absolutely horrific management at Sloane Street (especially the store manager), who don't know what they are doing, panic, no professionalism, no compassion, no experience, even clients complain about how terrible they are, they also lie, make up her own rules, the store manager is horrible (most horrible woman you could meet), no structure, gives the rota a few days before we are due in, never gives targets on time, two faced, illegally fires people, but the company is a lovely company, it is a shame they would recruit such incompetent people.

At Louis Vuitton, they constantly challenge your creative abilities, focus heavily on build client experience and retention, and provide trainings on providing unique and genuine client experience that will build brand loyalty.

Work was not enjoyable due to poor management. Unfair treatment. Also did not get suitable and sufficient training. Even if you show eagerness to reach expectations, if they are not fond of you you won’t get treated with respect.

Good thing about working at Louis Vuitton is the fact you meet a lot of people since it is a multicultural environment.
Overall, is not amazing as some people might think. They do not treat the employees as they deserve. They just care about numbers. The company is money oriented and do not have ethical values.

The pay is same as the standard in the industry however the commission is extremely low. The management is overall quite responsible and professional, however sometimes they are not very efficient.

Great training and benefits, however long hours. With either early starts or late nights it is a career for someone with a flexible lifestyle. Strong need to be fluent in 2 or more languages would be beneficial.

Commission was good but not worth the stress. Also work culture and management were subpar. You can earn the same money and spare your mental health at plenty of other retailers. 

Friendly colleagues, nice environment and super nice manager that will occasionally provide free in-store meals/Boba tea especially during peak days. Miss working there
