Localsearch has changed so much in the years I've been here. An ever-changing environment means that there are so many opportunities for personal and professional growth. 
Admittedly, not every change the company has been through has been easy or maybe the right direction, however, management's commitment to doing the right thing for the staff and company as a whole has never changed.
I love coming to work and can't wait to see what the future has in store.

I have been with Localsearch for almost four years. As others have said, the people who work here make it easy to come into the office every day. They're amazing. However, the best thing about working here is being able to learn new skills, if you want, of course. A tip for people looking to come on board; you get back what you put in, so take every opportunity!

I have been employed by Localsearch for over 7 1/2 years. In this time I have grown in my roll and learnt many new skill sets. As a result of Localsearch being a vision driven, evolving company who listens to the marketplace to provide the necessary knowledge & tools for our clients to be found ahead of their competitors in the ever changing digital landscape.

I have really enjoyed my time here at Localsearch. I came from a small agency and was a bit worried about being just a number here. However the team culture here is great, everyone is very supportive and it is a fantastic place to work.

Localsearch has many fun projects to work on and is never boring, there is great work-life balance, which all flows through from management and their understanding for every individual staff members needs. The most important part is that Localsearch is always growing and always improving whilst encouraging their staff members to do the same.

A lot of emails and phone calls, but nothing too over the top.
They love moving departments around and if you are not in the cool crew then you're on the outer.
Great workmates, but pay was well below, which I didn't realise until I moved to another company.

Company has a toxic culture. There is a distinct lack of communication from management who seem to have little respect for staff. There is no investment in professional development with many staff worrying about keeping their jobs, which are being off-shored wherever possible.

Coming to work every day isn't a choir, working with great people and approachable management. With opportunities to move around the business. If your looking to help your career look no further.

Company Culture is relaxed and friendly while achieving a high standard in customer excellence.
