You rather do 4 days 9.5 hours or 5 days 7.5 hours but you don’t get the choice, they choose. Studying full time but hardly get your promised study time. They act like they support you but they don’t. Everyone in there is fake and will get rid of you if you don’t continue to do Diploma with them once finished your certificate 3. This job ruined my mental health because of the workload and management. I miss the bonds and relationships I made with the children and their families but I definitely wouldn’t go back- They pay minimum wage

Forgot your freedom to teach on your own way, this company will drain your life and make you become the worst of yourself. Management is horrible and they will treat you like your gum on the bottom of their shoe. They can’t keep staff and continually lose more as time goes on.

Only upside to this company are the children and their families.

Would never work for this company again.

At my time I worked at (little Miracles) . I did not feel welcome, some of the staff wasn't that nice often mingled to themselves about non related topics and felt a bit left out. The work was fine, was often put on clean up dirty if some of the Former staff wasn't up for it, The kids were lovely, the sanitation wasn't the best but which also included food preparation but overall the job was not for me.

DO NOT WORK HERE!
I lasted 3 WEEKS!
I got fired because I was very sick from the kids and apparently taking too much time off to get better.
The director is very rude and conceded.
It felt like her goal was to fire me from the start.
Apart from the director the staff a quiet nice but I just think the director is the reason people leave so much.

start a 7am, feed the farm animals, make kids breakfast
tidy room, clean dishes, take kids out to play
change nappies
routinely do this throughout the day
talking to the parents abut their kids was the bet part
sick kids was the hardest part

I've worked at numerous Little Miracles in various roles. The culture is the same across all the centres: fun, inclusive, caring. All the staff are so kind and everyone is so helpful. The directors are able to assist you in many different ways in your role.

I loved it here it has an amazing environment with a caring and constant team all challenging themselves and working towards common goals. All staff members are lovely and always looked out for the children and their collegues

Love this company and the people I work with, the educational programs are amazing. Receiving time off the floor for programming and research for your room to really plan experiences based off curriculum and child’s interest 

little miracles is a great place to started in childcare, amazing staff and amazing families to work with. They reward you for hard work and the owners are very involved in the very day running of the business.

Would not recommend this employer as they do not provide suitable training. there is limited communication between staff and management not very approachable.
