Little Caesars Pizza

Mainly I just made pizzas and did cashiering. I did improve on my people skills while I was there andIi learned how to obviously make the dough, sauce, and the actual pizza along with wings breadsticks and other items on the menu. The management was really poor though for example people weren't showing up to work at all as in no call no show, or coming in hours late like nothing happened, and they wouldn't get fired or their hours cut, I personally never saw the main manager talk to anybody about it except for on one occasion. The hardest part was the management for reasons I just explained. The most enjoyable was a 100% the costumers, even the ones that come in all mad, I always did my best to make sure they left satisfied, and rarely did they leave unhappy if I served them.

Always performing work way above your pay grade, always understaffed, always dealing with lazy head office management. Our in-store team spent more time doing their work than our own. Terrible in-store conditions - lack of basic WHS procedure, head office issued several non-compliance notices for not filing appropriate paperwork with council, constantly working with broken machines and faulty wiring and in subhuman conditions.

Lots of opportunities for quick progession as most hiring is done internally, but beware - very high employee turnover right up to the top of the business.

I started at Little Caesars as a Shift Supervisor. After 6 months they gave me my own store to run in Milford, MA. After 3 months I had raised the profits in that store about 800%. The store was in extremely bad shape looks as well as profitability wise. When upper managment seen the effectiveness of my training and the ability to turn over a profit they promoted me to Trouble Shooting Manager for some of New England. With my promotion came many hours and much money and success. I was able to make stores successful in many different locations. The hours were definitely trying. Most weeks I lived, ate, and slept Little Caesars but the experience taken from them is worth every bit of blood, sweat, and tears I have given them.

Working at Little Caesars Pizza Australia was a great experience as it taught me how to work in a team environment as well as dealing with customers on a daily basis. At work i was in charge of the toppings of the pizza as well as front of house customer service representative.  have been trained to deal with formal complaints as well as establish a friendly and healthy relationship with customers. Work was very enjoyable due to the great support team of employees and the friendship the whole team had with each other by the end of my time working within LC.

For majority of the time i was responsible for preparing pizza's and cleaning pans. I learned how to organize a tidy work space whilst multi-tasking. During my tenure there i had a steady relationship with the management. It is a multicultural workplace, a lot of different ethnicity's and backgrounds. Didn't find any of my responsibilities as being strenuous. The most enjoyable part of the job was being in the mascot suit.

The manager of my store would give people she liked breaks after three hours but, and I’m not the only person, had worked 5 and a half hours without a break. She also gave people she liked more shifts over people who did their job. Every person I had recommended Little Caesar’s to got addicted and whenever I wasn’t on shift, their food was disgusting, cold and still took forever to come out. They don’t care about pride or passion and it really shows.

easy going from afternoon to around 5 pm when it gets busy and very demanding.  I have learnt teamwork, time management skills, customer service skills and a variety of other skills. The most enjoyable part about this job is the friends I made as I can clearly call them family.

Working is very friendly and full of excitement,  I learnt to work in pressure time,with team and managing hot times. Multi languages and multi cultured team members but all are very friendly and hard working. Doing deliveries is really interesting because we can visit different types of customers so we can deal with them.

Such an amazing place to work, a lot of friendly staff to work with. It was a very busy environment to work in but you always had something to do. 

Management was amazing and the workplace culture was just amazing. everyone was great to work with and it made you look forward to your next shift.

Forming new friendships with other employees as well as managers made working at this business more enjoyable. As it is a fast paced environment, employees are required to pick up skills quickly such as making and preparing pizzas, answering calls and preparing orders for deliveries.
