Started the day with logging into the PC and setting up all the different software's for the incoming calls.

	National Enquiry Logs 
	Call back investors 
	Outbound Campaigns
	Prompt response to email enquiries
	Inbound call centre – KPI of 90 calls per day with quality and professional service 
	Adherence to schedule 
	Attention to details in giving accurate calculation figures 
	Issuing statements and various documents to investors 

Goal for the day was to make sure we provide the best quality service to all our clients and advisers.

Aggressive micro management coupled with abysmal training completely destroys any positivity you might get from this role. 
Communication between the various sections is poor and mistakes are quite common, but you get free pizza when that happens so you'll never be hungry in this job. The churn rate was fairly high, so don't expect to get to know the person you sit next to.

very poor culture headed by a H.R team who are mostly young, inexperienced and mostly 'yes' people. Lack of innovation, attention to detail and valuing of their good people. they are a dinosaur company still working in the 20th century and no idea of how 21st century employees want to work.

Great boss and working environment. Got to flex problem solving capabilities and really got to grow at the company and take up further responsibilities. Got great insight into the workings of the financial services industry.

With the wide number of super funds and other Trust entities they administer, there is a great deal of experience to challenge anyone.  It also challenges your Excel skills and superannuation knowledge.  Networking is important.

Started off great they really sell you the company when you first get there and it did sound like a great place to work until I took a few days off because I was really sick went back to work 2 days later and they sacked me 
Managers are rude towards you and you are given no support in doing your job
Pay is not great

-learnt so many things the managers and cross department managers
-great work cultures, and belongings from workmates
-busy period are during record dates and payment dates, where everyone will contribute and achieve the target together
-Fun times on friday frenzies

A moderate level call volume call centre attending to registration and payment details.
A suppostive environment thriving on delievering excellence through quality services

Really amazing with employers. Was absolutely amazing to work in an office environment. 

If the opportunity ever came again to work there or in any other kind of office environment, I'd take it!

I really enjoy working at Link Market Services. Good culture, strong team. I have been learning a lot since i started working at LMS. Just need to improve the management for sharing the workload.
