What is the best part of working at the company?
The was no best part they are one of the worst I have ever worked for.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Very poor communication they will not give you shifts  in areas that you have experience 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Horrible they don’t listen they do not care about their workers when they tell me someone will get back to me they never do I can never recommend them to anyone.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Bad experience I did not work in the office but it was a bad experience trying to get work with them

Poor management and training of staff. No set training procedures in place for new staff to learn and an attitude of “the best way to learn is to be thrown into the deep end” ! 
Staff working with disadvantaged and vulnerable clients not trainined in the disability sector, but from a hospitality or administration background. Disparaging comments made about vulnerable clients made behind their backs, very unprofessional. Bullying by some of the staff which is ignored because of incestuous workplace relationships.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Great pay, great software, access to support plans.


What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Company offered work on days already working so quit other job, then pulled the rug out and landed with no work at Christmas time.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great positive professional  workers.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Unknown what work I will be offered, there one day, not the next. No stability.

Many friends recommend me this company, they have very good experience. I applied many times but not a single time got chance . I don’t know what kind of knowledge and experience they want . I already working in this filled and have all required qualification. I still recommend this company on base of my friends job experience.

so far i did not experience problem when i was working with the company

friendly coordinators, good clients

This is a great company to work for, they provide above award wages, great induction and orientation process, always listening to staff and clients to make ongoing improvements. Highly recommend this service. 

Pros:
It is a very good company that I would recommend to my friends.

Cons:
Lack of a system for me to choose vacant shifts
Unstable income
Great variety of clients, job requirement and working environment

support coordinators care about you. You will not be expected to do anything out of your job description, as support coordinators will protect their staff. 24/7 call line available for any issues on shift

people constantly yelling at each other you can send email or phone message repeatedly no one ever gets back to you and they wonder why things grind to a still

Great client base and friendly supportive staff. The company also values their staff through appropriate wages according to their years of experience.
