All was going well until outsourced to India. And my team disbanded.
I was contracted temping. I was there during a surgery recovery, and the ease to work helped with the pay parking in the building. Prior to the surgery, caught the bus to work and the location was very good to get to bus stop each day.
My manager was great in our team.
Very friendly and helpful staff while training on the job.
Always variety because our work load changed and we checked each other’s data entry to ensure correct or required correction.
I would happily go back to work there.
Flexible time for lunch and errands as long as the work hours was completed.
Great lunch room and sociable environment was offered to staff.
Social get together once a month was a treat. I felt privileged to have had this experience. And I gained knowledge and confidence because the work ethic and people to people respect policy was fluent and strong.
No problems in conversation especially during a work issue that a solution was provided.
It was fast paced and accuracy was fundamental, but always a good tone and happy to achieve the task at hand.



Working for Lendlease was a great experience to me. The management was good and they looked after our welfare well. As a copper cable jointer, work was the same everyday and it was exciting, driving to new places to work and at the same time learned the geographical area of The Riverina. The workplace culture was great and enjoyable. The hardest part of the job was when you tried to finish the job and the weather was not in our favour.

Poor management of projects and staff, high turn over of staff, difficult projects were forgotten or staff recieved little management support. Management making promises they had no intention of honouring to keep staff from leaving. Previous hard work and accomplishments by staff ignored. Poor job culture, bad mouthing and back stabbing.

If you pride yourself in being popular and kissing bum in a workplace, this is the company for you. Everyone seems nice at first but they are quick to throw you under the bus. Instead of being collaborative they tend to palm work off and blame someone instead of owning their duties. Be prepared to do the same amount of work, if not more, than the guy next to you for $5 less an hour.

My team was great but the governing body was horrendous. Pay is great but they also expect their pound of flesh too. Overall a good place that ultimately was ruined for me by one particular staff member.

a great company to work for with great access to management. every day was exciting and looked forward to it. good opportunities to learn in both a career sense and personal sense.

I really enjoy my work here at Lendlease.  It's a variety of everything.  And the people and management here are lovely.

I wish I didn't have to look for other work.
