What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing the pay I suppose, other then that it was very negative

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The management, expected us to have no life out of work and didn’t care about human rights.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic and unhealthy, if you didn’t agree to sell your soul they didn’t like you.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful cried most days, felt like you were doing the job of 5 people at once

You only get around 1hour a shift like what’s the point, and when you get the job they
Will ask you to do everything and if you don’t do it fast enough you’ll get fired and you won’t get your pay for that week, if you can’t work at a fast pace they will fire you on the spot 

Great people work here though Management is rude and uncaring and will punish time off with no hours, was not given warning before they took me off the roster and after months of asking when I'd get a shift and months of managers saying that they'd give me a shift the next week I had no choice than to give up.

Lazy moes is a great place if your looking for your first job, but managers half the time are very unprofessional. Most of the employees there are very friendly. The roster only tells you when you start and managers tell you when you finish which can be very difficult to work with.

Never work there
All the chefs are sleeves, I left due to being sexually harassed and poor management. Rather nasty people, treated me unfairly, and stopped giving me shifts for 3 weeks in a row for no reason but ' we just haven't been very busy' so I left

Was a good first job through high school. Needed to move on for my future to proceed more. I think it helped me develop well in myself and the environment as I encouraged me and made me very money hungry 

Good friendly environment with co-workers. I learned a lot of techniques of cooking and cleaning areas of the restaurant. The management can be better but its not dependable for weekly shifts.

I wouldn't be told much of how to do my job, but expected to know. Very fast, on your feet kinda job. Unorganised management, but great pay. Hardest part was figuring out when i was working, as they were very bad at organising that.

Great atmosphere. It was first time working as a waitress. I learnt so much from my supportive co workers and bosses. The customers were always friendly.

Managing skills was abysmal; hours are unstable and a shift can range from 2 hours to 12. The quality of pay depended on how much you worked and how old you are.
