I have been employed by Landscape Solutions for approximately 12 months now and have found them to be one of the best companies I have worked for. There is a great company culture with regular social events, they are a very progressive organisation and truly value their employees. Since commencing with Landscape Solutions the company has experienced strong growth and I can see that there are  excellent career opportunities available for those that are willing to put in the effort. Overall, Landscape Solutions is a professional, progressive and stable company to work for and I would highly recommend their career opportunities!

The entire company is quality and safety focused. They provide through training and are happy to invest in higher skilled employees to maximise the standard of their product, as a result fellow staff are awesome people who share your passion for gardening and customer satisfaction. With so many talented people you can’t help but learn and level up in general work skills and specific landscape knowledge and ability. Also operating the tools is fun, with a real job satisfaction when you see the quality of the end product.

From the induction process to the first day and every day since, i have been amazed at how well organised the maintenance business is.

Working at Landscape Solutions is always a satisfying day at work. Lots of support and people to help, clear goals and fantastic and varied projects. Everyone is friendly and while its a relaxed atmosphere there's still a great focus on getting the job done and getting it done right. Working at Landscape Solutions is exactly that - work. If you're expecting to just hang around, you won't enjoy it. Generally, those who leave within the first six months are the ones who thought it would be easy. However, those who stay longer understand the value of their work at Landscape Solutions and know that everything comes at a price. I really enjoyed my time there but left only because I received a better offer from a competitor.

Landscape solutions has been the best landscaping company I've been with. Management touch base regularly with all staff members, making it feel less like th daily grind but more of doing hard yakka with your extended family. Over my two years with them, they have mentored me to make leaps and bounds in my career and continuing to bring out my potential. From my experience, all field staff are friendly and management is approachable

Flexibility is there when you need it. 

I like working with Landscape Solutions for over one years. It was challenging for me to reach Rosehill Golf Club. But the team leader agreed to pick me up from the station. Work usually start very early in the morning. They are an environment friendly  company. You have to work under one or two supervisors. Routine maintenance work which is cutting grass with lawnmower and whipper snipper.

Was a great job I loved working on the golf course @ palm beach best office in the world being 2IC for -year was great but the management was horrible we lost the contract and they never treated me right horrible company to work for no recommendation from me
