The team members are great to work with but management aren't to flash. The toxicity and bullying culture made me leave in the end. This employer has a high turn around in staff. 
In the role I had I didn't have the support I required to fulfill my role. the autocratic state manager pushed a lot of people away. 
Training was non existent when I started but did evolve over time to newer staff members. Older staff should be put through this training to maintain and better develop their skills. This company should look at professional development and proper career pathways of mentoring and support if they want to retain staff.
The salaries here on multiple roles including management are below average. You can get a entry level role elsewhere and get paid $20K more. 
A numbers crunching company only.

I'm a 60 year old electrician and I've never seen anything like it as your not a person you are a thing that must slot in to the over loaded schedule of work. Manage ment spends more time tracker your daily routine and it's a constant why have you not finished that job as your not on the next job. There is no assistance as all the managers are under the pump to push you to the limit. Instead of offering solutions it's another task which get tacked on to the daily schedule. The calculation of the on call hours is a joke they say the clock keeps ticking collectively for all the on call jobs rather than pay you per call.out job. The good thing is I'm not there anymor.

I enjoyed my position at Lakes Maintenance, the salary package was low and i was contacted by a competitor offering more money to leave. The team comradery was exceptional. Very supportive colleagues ready to assist and share their knowledge with others. I miss working there and would have stayed till retirement had circumstances been different.

Supervisor treated colleagues like friends and favored them.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
KPIs and trades not completing work on time.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Awful, the team was clicky and acted like they were socializing in high school 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very busy. Lucky to get a break. Not a lot of help if you get stuck, felt belittled when learning the job.

I found my immediate supervisor/manager pretty good but his manager was not. His attitude was if you don't like it then leave and gave some of my team mates a hard time despite being told by our manager to back off unless they speak to him first.  High staff turnover due to this attitude.

I have put up with working here because its close to home but the Company itself and its management (NSW) is terrible. They do not know how to treat their staff and have made some very poor and questionable decisions since I've been there. Also, the pay rate is very, very poor.

the job u do is fine .The managers job is non existing no help is forth coming but blame if things dont happen even if u are not controlling it .The company is top heavy management that do not have a clue as what is required and always want the best result with the worst equipment .

I enjoy every day.  Exceptional work colleagues and Management, who work collaboratively to achieve KPIs.  We are all working to ensure our clients homes are maintained and comfortable.

Great work environment with a very supportive team. Family owned business with old fashioned values. Nobody is 'just a number'. Great place to work if you are willing to apply yourself

Enjoyable workplace, willingness to help others, working with field staff and tradies to resolve problems, answering telephone queries from head office, allocating work orders to trades.
