I started working for Kuga about 4 months ago and I have absolutely loved my time here. I started as a lead generator and grew to a more independent role as a business development manager. I have done sales jobs in the past but I have never enjoyed my job before, which I really do now. The reason for this is simple, I have an incredibly supportive team behind me and I work with real people. The hardest part of the job is maybe the pressure, not from management but from yourself, at least when you are a goal driven person like myself. Kuga is incredibly flexible and supportive, two very awesome qualities in a company. The best example would be their willingness to commit to a long term relationship, offering me a sponsorship.

I have been working for Kuga from almost a year now. You can have a lots of opportunities to work on different aspects of the business and can have a great career development. People here are just like family and supports you always when needed. Managers are approachable and issues are solved sensible with best approach. Best place to work, doesn't matter on which level of career you are. From career starters to seniors, all are treated equally and respectfully.

Typical work day would consist of knocking doors. It is a door to door sales position and the rejection rate is very high. To make matters worse every allocation or business has already been knocked by them 15 times earlier and they give every new rep the same allocation
. The staff turnover is extremely high and the  training is not paid as advertised. The field managers are lazy and chill out while the new reps toil hard in the heat.

I joined the team after being told that 2019 would be a year full of solar installs, which was great I wanted to learn in that field. I was put on one job in January and that was it. If you like to install panels, battens and hibays then this is the job for you. Also their whole saler account is always on lock so it's annoying trying to get stock. Management is extremely toxic and I never felt as part of a team. You don't get paid overtime and a lot of their upcoming work is rural and with no travel pay. Beware

Scary place to work.  Always have a scary boss over your shoulder.  They watch everything you do including tracing your phone and iPad and then they ask questions about everything assuming the worst of you.  They claim they are there to help but instead cut you off when you ask questions and make you seem dumb for asking them.  It’s not leadership it’s a dictatorship.

Working for Kuga Electrical has been a great learning experience. They have supported and encouraged me to get different trainings for career development. 
You can suggest, and ask questions to your team leaders and superiors and they listen to issues and your concerns, so there is more sense of belonging. The working environment is friendly, and there are many opportunities to get involves and grow.

Ive been working for Kuga electrical for around 1.5 years, I've worked hard and feel valued as an employee, I have been recognised and rewarded through opportunity to progress within the company. 

Its a growing company with a start up feel. A lot of fun. Highly recommend!

Kuga gives me a great chance for learning and practicing. I got a lot of practical experience for my personal development. Meanwhile, the working environment here is amazing, no pressure, everyone is willing to answer any question. Sometimes they will share snacks with all staffs. Nice place I love it.

I’ve been with Kuga for nearly 2 years and have grown from a sales person to Team leader to Division Manager. It’s been a great cycle of growth with lots of support and training. Upper management has been supportive and engaged in assisting in many way.

Found it a good place to work. Was really fun working with the electrical team.  All great guys and really supportive. Taught me a lot as well 

Only left because of family issues and had to move back home
