I've been working at KompleteCare for nearly 5 years, and I've found it to be a rewarding and supportive environment. The company truly values its employees, and it shows in the way they treat us.

One of the things I appreciate most about working at KompleteCare is the emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. My colleagues are incredibly supportive and always willing to lend a helping hand. We work together as a team to provide the best possible care to our clients.

The company also offers a variety of opportunities for professional development. I've been able to attend several training sessions and workshops that have helped me to improve my skills and advance my career.

While the workload can be demanding at times, I find the work to be very fulfilling. Knowing that I'm making a positive impact on people's lives is incredibly rewarding and ensuring we are putting our hearts in to every home.

Overall, I'm very happy with my experience working at KompleteCare. It's a great place to work, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fulfilling career in healthcare.

I counted in 12 months, 20 office staff leaving the company, most were in the same service area of the company. 

I found the P&C/HR team to be rude, a poor representation of the company and a majot flaw in the company. They would insult and belittle staff under the guise of "they didn't mean it like that". and "but was it in writting". I have never been so concerned for a compnay opening themselves up to workers comp/fairwork before. 

My experience with KompleteCare has been brilliant thus far.
The company and Team are very accommodating and open door policies make for easy on the spot chats with team members and management when you need someone at the drop of a hat.
The interview process alone was a good indication to me of how accommodating and understanding this company is. After I rescheduled and postponed my interview twice due to covid, I was unsure if this would put off management from hiring me. They were very understanding and happily arranged a virtual interview a few days later. Within a couple hours of my interview I received a job offer and I have never been happier to go to work each day.

I love supporting my colleagues and being part of a company that feels like family!

Provides me the opportunity to upskill  my current experience and they covers the costs for me to gain extra knowledge that will assist me to provide the best possible care to our clients. Family friendly which helps when my child is sick. Other co workers are great and helpful. The rostering staff helped with getting my work hours to a level that was beneficial to both the company and me which allow great work life balance. 

Inconsiderate, rude and obnoxious. 
Didn’t respect my permanent day off, obnoxiously called again and again for an answer. Inconsiderate of distance to travel even if you state you will only work certain distances. Rude for rostering before asking if it’s able to be worked and messaging continuously on days off. 

Office workers have no idea what the field is like and enjoy making shift cover calls but don’t know how to correctly pick workers for shift. 

They gave me a lot of unbalanced shifts all over the place, my petrol was running out quickly every day. My fortnightly pay mostly went on my petrol so I could get to work. They would never pay me extra for those extra shifts they gave me that made me drive from basically 30 mins to one place to take a client shopping, then go back to where i was, then after that again go back to that place again. It was very stressful.

Love working for KompleteCare. The owners are genuinely involved in the business, caring about all clients and all staff memebers. You feel like a memeber of the family. There are lots of opportunities for learning, training and career development. KC is a leader in the NDIS industry.

I had a positive experience during the interview process. The communication was clear from the start, and the interviewers were professional and respectful. The questions were fair and relevant to the role, giving me the opportunity to highlight my skills and experience. Overall, the process was well-organized, and I appreciated the timely updates and feedback.

I've worked at KompleteCare for over 4 years now. The job is is challenging in a way that I find enjoyable, and management have always given me the resources I need to complete my job to a high standard. I have been promoted a few times, I really value that KompleteCare has helped me to progress in my career.
