Pay was good and my co workers were brilliant but the team leaders were too worried about their bonus’s to make sure your on track and getting the support needed, was told in the interview that they were a very supportive company and you only had to stand up and someone would come help yeah that’s not true was very happy to leave that place and the creepy team leader that loved to flirt with all the females and worried more about standing around chit chatting than supporting the team

when working for kleenheat they demolished position without offering another job to go to this is not family friendly or helpful to any employee.
Kleenheat did not offer any further education for anyone as well

The company provides all the tools necessary to achieve goals and complete the duties given.  

The workplace culture is amazing, not only a supervisor is responsible of giving proper training but also there is a team leader who provides support and guidance when needed.

Repetitious work. I am looking to further skills and knowledge.
I get along well with Management and Co-Workers.
Hardest part of the job is not being able to further skills/knowledge.
Most enjoyable part of work is getting along with all co-workers.

Loved working with Kleenheat although the employees/ co workers (out of 5 stars) would be a 1/5 which really dampened the whole experience

They don’t engage enough in Cultural events or acknowledge the indigenous culture as much as I would’ve liked them to

my time with Kleenheat was a temp position for 3mth but in the time I was there I found it a great place to work. I enjoyed the people I worked with - the Team manager was always there when I needed him. the other staff were there also -

What a great open team of employees and management with the general attitude to work together regardless of rank to get a job completed.

The 10 years I spent in this roll was just great, massive opportunities for support in the business, for training and customer support was also excellent.

A typical day at work is getting there check to see which department you have been rostered at. The enjoyable part of the job was getting along with co workers and being able to meet or exceed targets at each shift.

This business has now been sold to Elgas. It wasn't very well run and was starved of capital and essentially ran at a loss buying product from the competition just to be able to service its customers.
