You will be expected to work through the weekends of events and come straight into work the next Monday. There is no time in lieu for event work - you may get to come into work 2 hours late on the Monday IF you are lucky. 

Everyone is expected to treat the business as their own company, god forbid you take a lunch break or come in 5 minutes late - you will have a coaching session about your behavior!

I have worked in many different workplaces and industries in my young life so far but never have I experienced a place like this!

It doesn't feel like work most days. The culture here is like being part of a new family that works together in such an efficient way to help create real change in this world. 

A typical day starts with a quick planning session that creates a flow on effect which has everybody on purpose for each day and doing exactly whats needed. Customer support is very important here so this is my priority.

The most enjoyable part of working @ Kerwin Rae is the learning part. I learn something new almost everyday which allows me to grow not only professionally but personally too!

The hardest part is the fact there aren't enough hours in the day for all that needs to be done!

Its the most amazing workplace I've ever been to. Everyday starts with a High energy Huddle with a driven team that sets an empowering environment for the rest of the Day.

What I have learned from this Work in 3 months is something that I couldn't learn in last 5 years. Tremendous learning and development opportunity. 

Highly efficient leadership and management has created such an awesome workplace culture that always promotes wellbeing and growth in many areas of work and life. 

The hardest part of the Job is cooking food for an office family lunch that we organise once every Month to connect with the team on a different level. (How cool is having little picnic inside an office :D)

The most enjoyable part of Job is an environment, Ambience and offcourse the Team.

The freedom that I feel in this "workplace" makes me excited to wakeup every morning and I actually look forward to Mondays as I get to go back and DO WHAT I LOVE.

I record and edit videos. I am improving my craft daily. This is clearly something you want in a job. But the unexpected benefit of being at Kerwin Rae has been the personal growth I've experienced. The autonomy in this role blows my mind as I am free from management giving me deadlines and restrictions. My creativity can just flow. Being around other people that are equally driven has pushed me to become better and happier.

This workplace honestly feels like home. It's crazy to think you can actually get excited to go to work and love doing what you do every day. Everyday you will be learning something new, stretched and inspired. And also changing lives (physical, mental, family, business, relationships) of our clients! 

The hardest part of the job is working autonomously. You have to be be self motivated, and hungry to learn. You're not micro managed. You will get all the support and tools to do the job but it all comes down to YOU doing the work and getting the RESULTS.

The culture at Kerwin Rae is the kind you almost don't think is possible. Incredible people, untapped learning and growth opportunities, and teams that are aligned by purpose and passion for what they do. 

This place challenges you to step up - you have to be willing to grow. There is unlimited opportunity here no matter your role to develop professionally and personally. 

I have never worked in a place so awesome. Not many people in Australia, or the world, can say the love coming to work, they love what they do, and they love who they do it with. But that is the reality with Kerwin .

They play mind games all the games. If they can’t manipulate you they will find a quick way to get rid of you. Don’t try to innovate or improve anything otherwise they will cut you off. If you are considering in  getting a job at KR make sure you pretend to be blind and deaf the whole time. A lot of gossips and unprofessional behaviour. If English is not your first language once again pretend that you understand everything otherwise the GM will make fun of you. 
Don’t trust anyone there.

Kerwin Rae is scaling business full of opportunity. I came onboard on a fixed term contract and within a short time frame I could see such an amazing team culture. 

The team are not only high performers but passionate about what they do. The energy within the company is infectious and working closely with such an inspiring CEO is great.

The present time is 8:00pm on a Sunday evening and I have taken a break to right this review. YES that's right i'm working from home because I FRICKEN LOVE MY JOB...!!! 

There's always a new challenge every day and I get one step closer to mastery as this amazing family around me keeps me accountable to the highest level.

How to describe working for Kerwin? Well there is Table tennis. There isn't a lot of business coaching, or money for the employee but there is table tennis. There are long hours, lost weekends and high expectations but there is table tennis. They have some genuinely nice people and table tennis. I felt like I had to walk on egg shells the entire time I was employed there and was never myself because I needed to fit the culture. If you don't fit the culture you will have a bad time... But hey there is the Table Tennis.
