When I started here, the first year truly was great. It was challenging sure, a lot of drops to do in very little time, but if you could get through the busy days you'd have at least 1-2 light days early the next week. There came a point though where those light days started to disappear, and it just got harder and harder but of course you were on the same money and you had the same amount of time to complete that extra work. Eventually more and more subbies (including myself in the end, which I can't say I'm proud of) started disappearing and it became more and more company drivers. On reflection, I should have left when that started like a majority the people I got on with there did, and I certainly should have left before they ever got into the place they're in now. The culture was never gold standard so to speak but the drivers got on with each other, however as soon as it became more and more company drivers that eroded. It just, it wasn't for me in the end. You make your own decision though.

very productive, good communication, close team and hard working group. Multi task, all able to reach 100 % KPIs on numerous times, good management able to interact well with staff. The most enjoyable part of the job was meeting the targets set by the company, The culture within the supply area was to achieve the output and still enjoy yourself in the process. A typical day checking what stock was left from the previous night, calculate if any more trailers would be needed on top of whats ordered, communicate with transport company if any discrepancies. Download stock sheets for next days inventory movements and do any adjustments, review with packers on urgent stock or replacement stocks. Help out with checking stock and labelling. Send off spread sheets to transport company for review.

The best part of working in Kerry logistics is that I work here in friendly environment and I have the experience in pick- packing of one and half year.

The typical day for me at this company is Saturday because I also have work on Saturday also.

I very much enjoyed this role. Lifestyle was good as was working with the many people for the benefit of all. Kerry Logistics was a very friendly and easy going workplace but as always there were some stressful times.
we made money and got the job done every time.
Excellent place to work. Unfortunately I was made redundant due to this part of the business shutting down and being sold

Management is good and friendly. Work time is independant if do work fast then can have enough free time. Working is easy and comfortable. This work is at night that's why no worry about traffic jams.

8-10 hour days,starting 7.30,physically demanding job,depending who you are paired up with it could be a very fun place to work unfortunately the culture wasnt what it should've been.

I worked as a Receptionist. I also did the Admin, Customer service and some PA duties.

I enjoyed making friends with staff, organising staff outings and meeting and conducting interviews for myself and my staff.

Friendly helpful co-workers. Very flexible management. A really enjoyable workplace. 
Pay was also not bad. And really relaxed atmosphere. I'd recommend anyone there. As long as you want casual work

hard working out going very busy work enviroment friendly people and a big growing company fast pace and a grate team to work for nice people I got a long well with all staff

The culture there is quite good and suitable for team player. I quite enjoy my 4 year experience there, bring me lots good memory. Nice colleagues around.
