What is the best part of working at the company?
Working at Kelly Club has been an amazing experience, from supportive management and head office staff, building great friendships with fellow educators and coordinators to building and continuing an amazing relationship with my school and the wider community. Building the foundations of children's social and physical interactions in a safe and caring environment.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Having a large pool of educators is am amazing asset however uni timetables and placements tend to fall at the same time leaving limited staff available.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Fun, friendly, supportive, trusting and promised being kept are only a few to name!

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Running before and after school care, running holiday programs ans pupil free days, supporting other programs, ensuring compliance is maintained at all time, running events, conducting training sessions.

My experience working at Kelly Club has been incredible. After transitioning from another OHSC provider in the same role, I have noticed a significant difference in the level of support, team culture, and overall work environment.

Management and head office are always out and about at services and lending a hand to coordinators, everyone is very hands on.

What stands out most is the consistent and proactive support I've received. My area manager checks in with me every day, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and making the transition into my role seamless. Additionally, the collaborative environment and positive camaraderie among the team make for a really fun and enjoyable workplace.

Working at Kelly Club has been increasingly challenging due to poor working conditions, lack of training, and inadequate support for staff. The job is physically and emotionally draining, with high expectations placed on workers without proper preparation. New staff often receive minimal training and are expected to adapt quickly, leading to stressful and overwhelming situations.

One of the biggest issues is the pressure to work while sick. Instead of supporting staff who need time off, management frequently discourages sick leave, making workers feel guilty or even bullied for taking necessary rest. There is a strong push to come in regardless of health, which not only affects individual well-being but also puts children and colleagues at risk.

Overall, the lack of care for staff well-being, combined with the expectation to always be available, creates a toxic and unsustainable work environment.

I've had the opportunity of seeing how the company works inside out and helping promote collaboration and communication.  The work culture is definitely one of hard work across the board and my role involves tackling a high transactional workload and many priorities for various stakeholders.  Leadership is approachable and supportive and also deeply invested in the growth, well being and opportunities of its employees that also values input from all levels of the organisation. 

This job was super rewarding and never a dull moment of being able to get to work and instantly feel better after getting to interact with the kids and be able to be there to support them. Staff were so approachable and very adaptable and looked out for your best interests and supported you as best they could! Overall a very good experience, such a great job that suited my lifestyle with my uni timetable too.

I believe I have built on my planning, time management, rostering and budgeting skills during my time here.

Kelly Club management really care about their staff and are available and supportive so we can become the best we can be. 




Working at Kelly Club has honestly been such a positive experience. They don’t just see you as an employee, they genuinely care about you as a person. The support from management and the wider team makes it feel more like a family than a workplace. There’s always encouragement, opportunities to grow, and people who have your back. It’s rare to find a workplace where you feel so valued and supported & Kelly Club really delivers on that! 

Working here has been a great experience—the management is supportive, understanding, and fosters a positive work environment. There was a time when scheduling was a bit unclear, as rosters weren’t always accessible, and I would sometimes be called in on the spot. However, I appreciate that this issue has been recognized, and steps are now being taken to improve it. It’s reassuring to see that efforts are being made to enhance clarity and organization, making the workplace even better for everyone.



I joined Kelly club at the start of 2025 and I am incredibly grateful to be part of the kelly club community.  Management are incredibly supportive and approachable, always creating a positive and encouraging environment to thrive in. 
I am also grateful to be one of the mentor coordinators and I feel blessed for my team at my service. This job and community is truly rewarding to work in and I am glad to have such a supportive work environment. 

Amazing work place with such knowledgable staff both Coordinators and Educators.
The care they show for the children is amazing and the way the team has come together so well has shown true character of the company itself
