Great pay and location to to home and having a friendly environment to work in.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Sometimes there wasn’t a lot of communication with head office but all in all not that stressful

Excellent everyone was nice and helpful 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
My job was in projects so dealing with truck driver.

Overworked, underpaid. Really high staff turnover. They sack people without enough thought, and then start re-hiring within weeks. They put an unachievable workload on business unit managers  who feel forced to work huge hours to comply. The national management team are delusional in their expectations and understanding of the company culture, as well as the personal lives of their staff. 

Excellent staff working environment however the industry has too many variables for staff to feel secure in their positions.
Whilst there are opportunities for development these opportunities flatten out towards middle management

The organisation is perhaps too top heavy with a question  over some of managerial added value

A total waste of time. The company’s atmosphere is bad. U don get enough training and they expect u to be a pro at ur job. Not organised at all and the management staff were mean and hard to deal with. I don’t recommend this job at all. Also, the turnover of employees at this company is very high.

This was a tough ask with the demands of being involved with customers who have just suffered a Property Damage, but everyone from Technicians to Managers was helping me to make it happen for those customers, it was really good to have that support and really rewarding to help people out when they were in a jam

This job is the most toxic workplace I have ever set foot in. The management is not supportive at all. There is only a handful of genuine and good people that work here. Management is under qualified, no career progression and unless you are a total yes man and like to be treated as a number. Do not work here!

As with most established restoration companies, this one has a core group of (mostly) competent employees who know how to get things done in the environment they work in.

Systems and process not the easiest to navigate. 
Fairly low stress and good working hours.
Some managers not so good to work for. Low pay given the nature of the role.

Even though I asked more then once to have a meeting to review my situation, it never happened. And then they decided to arrange my work load to their convenience without a notice and all that to let me go.
