a typical day includes opening the centre and following the process. you will then call clients to confirm appointments and care call future week clients. as a consultant you greet all potential and current clients with a happy manner into the centre.

other tasks include
- stock control
- performance summarys
- returning clients into the centre
- complete all calls required from reports

other tasks are involved but main focus is making sure the client is cared for aswell as possible.

Training was great. 
Met lovely people, that had confidence in what I had to say. 
Had two managers with different views that clashed constantly which did not work well for the business and staff.

It's good overall. Hence why I've worked here for so long. I've stayed because of the people I work with & the work I do which makes a difference to peoples lives and health. However, the pay is the standard i.e. low fitness award wage. It's very difficult to meet targets at management level and the career progression is very limited.

What to expect: They weigh their employees and if you're at all over ideal weight, they tell you how much you must lose. They make you try every meal item on offer, which you pay for plus, constantly changing workers schedules last minute in response to how busy/quiet business is. They go so far as to send workers home as soon as it's quiet and have them return hours later when things pick up. Cra-zy.

Very much a who you know to advance environment  setting . If staff progression occurred provided thorough training and education . Highly sales based and KPI sometimes resulting in competitive and often negative attitudes to staff that aren't as capable . Very prominent attitudes to motivate and encourage .

check in your appontments for your shift get files ready see your clients in there desiccated time help with any issues they have had since you last saw them  come up with stratagiies to help them reach there goals very rewarding when they reach there goal keep them motivated and listen to there needs

Liked working here at first but it was downhill from there. Working to ridiculous time limits to sqeeze in one customer after the other and impossible sales targets to reach. Unsafe working practices, old slow computer system that took for ever to process food orders.
