What is the best part of working at the company?
we work 9 days a fortnight we start early in the morning 6:30 am

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
they want you to work continuously we can't even speak to co workers

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very bad and discrimination being an aussie company

hands on and they want you to work like a robot not good for employees

Every thing was good every thing was great everything was fine all workers were friendly

All good  everyone was good safe work

Every day all days good morning the best time for training

I loved working there and loved what I did. But I had to resign due to my son becoming unwell and been admitted to hospital indefinitely. I have asked for a separation certificate for over a week and been completely ignored by HR. Didn’t get my annual pay paid out either 

I love working here because I love what I do and the people are very friendly and helpful.Helping each other is what you called a Team Work and that's what I liked about it.The job is not that easy,it's very challenging,but once you learn it you don't want to stop.

Would go back here within a heart beat. Management is on point and the team . environment even better everyone works together to help each day run smoothly

Jayco was hard work, always on ya feet. A typical day was casual, not as full on as you would expect. Learnt some extra odds and ends. Hardest part was fixing other peoples mistakes. Most enjoyable part was the last hour or 2 of the day.

They make you take on too much work without any help.
Unrealistic expectations made upon the employee.
Started off with a quota which was already challenging and they increased it multiple times in my two years there.

Such a wonderful,friendly place to work.Management very supportive.I loved going to work there and the pride l got from cabinets l had built was very fulfilling.

Don't do enough to support workers with mental health issues. Hours are good and work is constant. Room for advancement for the right person however this can increase stress. 

yes it was a fun place to work and the workmates were fun to work with however the management was terrible for the worker we were pushed into a bonus scheme that never got acheived so thats why i left
