The management have put together a team of likeminded people that share many common interests and have very similar attitudes to work meaning the team all work well together, with each having our own strengths.

Personally, I've developed many life skills along with enhancing skills I had previously.

A typical day at work will consist of talking with candidates and conducting interviews throughout the day. The culture and environment in the office makes it a very enjoyable place to work and a place where you can be yourself. The most enjoyable aspect of working for JV is the mateship that we have with our fellow colleagues and comradery in the office. 

Great management in place to ensure a solid training platform to ensure success. Clarity in sturcture and daily expectations such as KPI's.  Fun enviroment with approachable staff members and everyone willing to go above and beyond. Social events and incentives which makes work exciting and enjoyable. 

JV Recruitment provided me with my first job since moving from the UK. The sites I were placed on were good and reliable when it came to Monday to Friday work. The recruitment agents were always responsive and willing to listen to any issues you may have.

A fast-paced environment with consistently improving support systems.  Plenty of internal teamwork and external relationship building and always a fantastic quarterly catch-up to share a beer with work colleagues. 

Been working at JV for over 2 and a half years now and enjoyed everyday of it. There are challenging times but the family feel to the job makes me feel like I'm supported in tough times!

Easy to get a job with JV, if you got the White card, you just go for an appointment then the next day you start to work, flexible about the shifts if you need a day off or even a week offthere is no problems !  Thanks 

JV was very good to work for, the pay was great but the only thing is that you were never ensured full time work because it was all contracted work, but this is part of the business.
