We had to hook the hides so then go around the workplace then we had to trim the hides while they were hooked then they go to this big water tank thing then then we had to hook them back up so we could also fold them and stack them on pallets then after we stacked 24 of them on pallets the forklift driver picks them up into this machine to flat the hides and then take them on the shelves then after our shift finishes we had to general clean up the workplace

A typical day at work is never knowing exactly what job I will be doing. I have learned a lot about different cuts of meat and what can be found on the meat. Co workers can be fun and often have a good laugh. Hardest part of the job is the continual heaving lifting. Most enjoyable is learning something new.

My time at JBS was amazing I made heaps of friends inside and outside of work got along with most of the foreman’s at first I was excited but then doing the same job for ages got to me so I wanted to do something different I’ve learnt so many skills while being there. But I appreciate what that company did for me over those 8 years of being there

a typical day at jbs would start by walking down do your pre check on forklift and then getting stuck in to what ever your job my be order picker loader or scanner. but just like most work place if everyone put a good effort in everyone stays happy and there glad to come back

8 Years I gave. But Then,  When i needed Understanding, Guidance and Support,  The Most in my life,  I was abandoned,   Instead of offering meþ Help to Correct my Problems.  It was Faster and Cheaper to Replace me.

people friendly and team work and they all work as a team.. Respect other people and their cultures, and they have meetings at the end of the month and free lunch and call out the employer of the month.

Hard workers just get more work with little or no pay increase no incentive to work harder. Management always changes plan for the day making job harder.

Payment issues cannot get back in to any meat processing industry the poorly run and alot of the meat is poorly managed pet food is cleaner and better then the meat coming out of jbs and primo 

Was alright. Management was abit entitled to you and your life. Some of the leaders were horrible and you would get verbally abused a lot of the time but most of the workers were lovely otherwise. 

I enjoyed working at JBS Dinmore, was a great work ethic and chilled colleges also had regular breaks and high WHS regulation would recommend job to a friend
