Fit quite easily into this job role. All staff are nice and easy to get along with. You learn more everyday with the job and there is room for movement if you have the right attitude. Always kept busy in this fast paced environment and never afraid to ask a question when in need of help. All management are very friendly but know when its time to be serious.
I can honestly say that I have loved everyday working here and hope to spend many more.

I was hired almost immediately following my interview and the process to come onboard was stress free. In this climate i am very happy to work for a company which is expanding, unlike most others. The training i received was fantastic. The work load is fast paced, which makes a work day go by very quickly. Great hours and a very supportive culture in Head Office.
Salary is low to start but the opportunities to up skill are there.

Frustrating an not worth the drama

Wouldn't wish working for this company on my worst enemy their is nothing worse they can't keep workers due to poor management the pay you get is not worth the stress and work load they offer their is no work/life balance you don't get paid no overtime for the hour's you work if you have a day off you get treated like dirt for the next week workers get blamed for managers stuff ups .

Worst  place I have ever worked in my life 
Management was shocking. Culture was pathetic. Nothing enjoyable except putting In a resignation. Biggest waste of time job ever unless you enjoy being outcasted 

The work at Instants is fast paced and some would see this as demanding but only if you don't want to work. There are opportunities to progress if you have the right attitude. Having branches in Australia and NZ there are opportunities to work in any part of the country

Don't let your personal life interfere with work it will backfire.
Thought it was a great opportunity til new manager took over the call centre and drove most of the staff out the door

Helped me to become more confident with talking on phone.
Got more confident dealing with irate customers.
Progessed further with my filing capabilties
made more sales with windscreens & tints

Dont work for this company I started working for them my car blew up on the way to work was unable to get to work so they wont pay me now be carefull  no help no one even wanted to speak to me after I told them about my car

Fit windscreens, great people to work with, clean and tidy workshops, the most enjoyable part of job is to visit customers and deal with them in appropriate manner and keeping busy at all times.
