Best part of my job is seeing a plan come together and maintenance team working together as one team

•	Supervise and lead up to 50 general hands to ensure production and quality targets are met
•	Ensure compliance with product and legislative requirements and take corrective action where necessary
•	Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with OH & S requirements.
•	Ensure all stock levels are kept up to date and recorded correctly.
•	Train staff in SAP procedures 
the hardest part was the changing upper management and the people they bought in

Managemant will let you down in my experience.
People will be promoted on the basis of mates, more often then merrit. Employees will be placed in positions where available to suit management rather than company requiremants. 
Mamagement on some sites promote great teams and culture. 
On others they promote Nepetism and follow only the rules they choose.

It was a great place to work, enjoyed the work and people. Sadly i had to leave for personal reasons. I enjoyed being in the loader and making new friends with the truck drivers. Always had a laugh with co workers and management was always helpful and most important they held safety as a number one priority.

Load and unload trucks. Do some maintanance on the mill, keep yard clean of rubbish and water drains free of fertilizer.Cleaning of mill on a weekly basis.

Great safety culture and the people you work with are top quality but the management style is a top down approach and with multiple restructures going on at once it has gone downhill over the past several years.

A company that strives hard for safety, but forgets a lot about the people's opinions about safety. Could be a more friendly and flexible atmosphere 
Typical days starts with a safety briefing, then normal activities, ends with debriefing and assessment of days tasks

a work place that is on the edge with imports and shipment prices but make good quality product with a aging workforce, work ethics at a standard good people that you work with highly skilled in their task

Bad management - I left due to a manager being a bully and she got away with it numerous times and i was not the only one. HR  was of no assistance.  When i first started it was a great place to work but change of management and it went down hill.

absolute love the company. they are very considering on days off, very respectful of family's.  i was casual for 3 years and had 2 kids in that time, still had min 38hrs to come back to whenever i wanted. would recommend to anyone.
