All these questions are too basic, it's more complicated then you think. if you put yourself in the smallest worker's shoes ,then wear shoes of each worker going up to management then will you have a solution many solutions

I worked in the call centre at IVE as a fundraiser and compared to other call centre's I worked in this one sits high on my list of favourites! A relaxed environment with casual dress code, music playing in some teams, friendly and helpful team leaders and sometimes people even bring their pets in! There's lots of fun days to take part in as well often with a free lunch put on for the call centre.

At the time of my employment the company was going through many changes. They were new to my area of the printing industry (POP) and were investing heavily in new plant & equipment as well as trying to grow market share through acquiring established companies. I believe it took some time to achieve their goal but has recently paid dividends with the right management team in place.

Only took me roughly 3 hours to complete each contract. The pay, while low, was equal to the amount of work required. Great for a side job. Easy to talk to management and get support. Not sufficient pay for day to day living.

Prepare by collating then several hours walking

The work isn't too hard. Just sort and deliver the catalogues you receive according to the contract. They recently added an "Extra Sections" tab to the app. This made picking up extra contracts so much easier. Applying for the job was dead easy. However, the hourly pay is really low. If you've got absolutely nothing else to do, then go for it.


Once a week, a truck will deliver over 500 flyers/pamphlets to your house. It is your job to roll each type of flyer into a roll and deliver these to your community. The rolling proccess takes 5-6 hours and the delivering process takes less than 3 hours. For this, you get paid approx 70 dollars. 

Management is understanding and empathetic, encouraging and supportive of their workforce. Flexible to accommodate occasional need to take time off for family or personal reasons.

They promise you the world and deliver nothing. 
String you along for months and years leaving you with no hope at all. 
Different rules apply for different people. The culture at IVE is a disgrace. 

This is a recommended job for a teens first job.... It is delivering catalogues to houses and it is fun and easy. Not particularly hard and good exercise. I recommend it to young people aged (12-15)
