This job is good in the beginning.

Hours are fixed and guaranteed. Pays well. The people are great which is the main reason why I stayed. Training team is fun and helped out a lot, assistant team leaders are knowledgeable and approachable. Every shift has its own culture. Great.

The worst part about it is the management especially HR.

There are some improvements lately however it is still those who are in the higher positions that are the problem. I never would have imagined that the least empathetic and humane part of this company is ironically those that manage the workforce. The micromanagement, the power trip and the intimidation, although not intentional maybe, makes this workplace less appealing to its own people. Everyday I wake up and dread going to work because of how it looks down on the people in the call centre.

The management talks to you as if you’re disposable, and whilst it is true that you can be easily replaced, they will make sure you know it especially when you’re not high up in the ladder. I feel bad for the team leaders who do their best to help out and make you feel seen and heard. Some people truly do their best to make this job bearable. The management ruins it.

I hope this job pays you well since the way you throw people under the bus to make yourselves look good is truly appalling. I wish the management could do our job for a week to see how it is and how mentally draining it is. 

I have so many things to say but I will hold back. If you’re planning to work in this place I must say that while you’re going to have people who care about your growth and progress, beware of how the management team will treat you and talk to you. 

It's a online casino with more than 10 brands your expected to be able to know all the information as well as ins and outs of the gaming industry and the nuances of the daily specials , every 2nd  customer is a angry player that  just swears and tell you off and every query really just wants free games which you will most likely have to deny, they are constantly hiring and  have some insane 6 month rule where they will try to get workers not up to scratch out just before 6 months so they can't claim unfair dismissal, working overnight shift is great pay though but think twice before leaving a good workplace just for some extra money , because they won't hesitate to dump you in a flash

Working at ITS' customer service department allows you to to create a high level of customer service. Having to discuss the daily problems about the casino players accounts from deposit issues to gambling problems.
Answering phone calls replying to emails and multiple LiveChat sessions.

My (unfortunately short)  experience at ITS was extremely positive. 

Management is very open-minded and flexible.

Quantitative results are very important, however, qualitative job is well estimated too. 

Everything is strictly scheduled and processes are strictly defined. Which is good for a diligent employee. 

Leaving ITS was very sad. I would go back at ITS immediately!

The job itself is fine, once you get the hang of it its very easy. Coworkers are super friendly and always happy to help. The management and lack of accommodation ruin this job. Be prepared to work weekends and all major holidays - Xmas included. They hire just about every month, and around half usually quit within the first few weeks. Do what you will with that information. 

You are expected to be sympathetic to degenerate gamblers who wish you were dead, you will spend every waking moment during your job hating it, you will have your friendships ruined due to the stress. And all in all after forcing yourself to work there for months on end they will drop you without a second thought.

Very easy going business who listen to their staff and appreciate the hard work employees put in. Great money incentives, good basic wage and impressive commission structure. Paid breaks lunches etc, and you are left to get on with dealing with customers. Very laid back approach to doing things can make good money there.

Great place to work, and great people.
The only problem i had was being an international marketing company i was up extremely early in the mornings and late evenings having to deal with US and European marketing companies and after 5 years of the hours i needed a break

Alot of micromanaging, don't invest in their employees , high Turner job and progression is more a popularity contest  rather than those who really deserve it. Also mind you short break times works you like a dog doesn't care about your wellbeing .
