Management is interested in you as an individual to help you grown and  flourish and same is achieved by developing a development plan that includes training and work experience to achieve same.
 

The only company I've ever worked for where I genuinely felt like management cared about me as a person. Not much chop when it comes to professional development unfortunately, but good flexible work arrangements and competitive remuneration. Will likely need to leave the company if I want my career to progress.

I like working with computers and resolving issue so doesn't matter which company i  work but it was great working with large cooperate company. so much to learn with different software.

Management are poor.
Micromanegement is excessive.

Productive and fun workplace with table tennis table. It is also a very productive and fun workplace with table tennis table and other things in the office.

A new operating company but big global presence.. Good people ad systems but still growing as a company with some teething problems.  Interesting project and some opportunity for transfers.

INPEX is a great place to work where the prevailing culture is one of collaboration amongst team members and across different teams.

There is a strong safety culture in the workplace.
