Only a decent workplace if you blend in and do your job. However, once you are on their radar, they will continually keep their eye on you even though there are so many other employees bludging. As a picker, all you do is walk up and down stairs. It gets tough on hot days, but if you have a friend, you can find a good place to bludge and also take longer breaks. Some days, they will post your KPI's every couple hours. KPI is easy to achieve, however some days, the time goes by incredibly slow. Better to work from the agency as it is better pay, but shifts are inconsistent during non-busy periods. However, during busy periods, they expect you to work 14 days in a row. Good for part time workers. 

Iconic Warehouse was a great place to work at. Working with the team has helped me develop my team work skills. I am a quick learner and learnt how to manage my time wisely as we always had to reach the KPI. We would work 7 hours with a 1 hour break that was split up. It was constant movement and we always had something to do. The people were great and always motivated each other which I enjoyed. The hardest part was standing there for 7 hours but I eventually got used to it.

work is always busy keeping everyone on their feet, i do enjoy working in an environment where we build good relationships with team members to get the work done and give the customers good quality items. I've learnt to be self reliant and to be confident working with others in the warehouse. The most enjoyable part of the job is being able to cooperate with other culture than your own, just being a team and getting the work done.

This company is very good,they communicate very well with there work,always on time with there shift. I love this workplace because they have good people to work with

great learning experience , amazing people to work with , also a huge company, but unfortunately it is time to move on to bigger and better things and get experiences in other fields

whole management is a mess , unless you know off people you will be treated as worse as possible . good for young kids, atmosphere is fun. 

The people were really nice the work was good a lot of walking . The team leader was such a good person knew how to look after her workers. I didn’t have any problems there at all

Friendly work environment, easy job for a good amount of pay. Iconic staff are friendly, if you need any help they are willing to help you with patience.

Not a bad place to work at would recommend it as a first job. it was simple and easy and the people there are nice that will help in any way if you are struggling.

Get to gain experience and skills for other jobs in the future. Co-workers are great. The most enjoyable part was learning and having a great work/life balance.
