- Documentation is very bad! Nurses sweep a lot of things under the carpet and a lot of incidents/behaviours don't get reported. 
-All documentation is done on paper, stone age stuff. 
- PCA can't write progress notes 
-Poor communication between coworkers, a lot of information does not get passed on. 
- A lot of double handling with task completion. 
-Understaffing and unrealistic work expectations.
- Pad rationing 
- Too many bossy and controlling staff members. They are generally the older ones. 
-Really bad work cultue. Staff backstab and have nothing nice to say about each other. Hang around in groups and are unfriendly to other staff. 
-The money is not worth all this stress

during my tyical workday, I am responsible for overseeing my teams as they progress on vraious advertisintg campaigns.

Lack of guidance and training

It can be stressful and at times frustrating

Busy and constant. Having to make decisions without much guidance

Very stressful place to work.
Director no manners towards staff,If she heard anything about staff or the job,she never try to ask you"What's really happened ".she goes straight away with accusations from what's she heard from the workers.Ratio is really bad.If you called in sick no replacement for yr shift,staff running up and down to finish the task ,no able to give proper shower or clean the residents room on time.
You're nothing there.
Friendly staff .

If you want to work under pressure and stress. Then go for it, my advice is this nursing home was the worst place I ever worked. The manager is a big bully she has no heart. She just a big Karen. Staffs a big reporter they will do anything to just to get you in trouble. 

I Would not recommend this nursing home to anyone to work.

The residents make it all worth while, their conversations and the life experiences along with the history of their lives is very interesting.

I recommend the staff if they are going to work or working there they are too sweet in front of your.face but they used you they hired you for the role but never starts the role and fired you with unbiased reason and feeling traumatised

Supportive workplace culture and Amiable management .All the residents, staff and management members are very respectful and cooperative to each other. Management provides paid training to its employee for professional development.

Very rewarding place of employment, It was a pleasure to go to work every day, I would recommend to other as a place to work to anyone looking at the aged care profession

The company is fine. I have worked nearly 10 years here but I think it's time for a change! I find it a very enjoyable & lovely  place to work. Lovely residents and the majority of the staff are lovely. Quite a few shifts can be available if needed.
