Don't think I have ever encountered such negative and remorseless company for their consequential and detrimental actions at any given time.

If you're looking for a job that is stressful beyond belief and has a debilitating effect on your mental health & well being then this is the place for you.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I gained experience and got along well with my colleagues, I enjoyed talking with people and doing the daily duties within the store 😊

No stressfull parts , just having to leave

Beautiful environment and great culture


What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Working as a team , interacting with people, learning new things within the store 😊

The staff I worked with in the stores were fantastic and always striving to put customers first unfortunately there isn't much support from head office. Whether it's dealing with stock issues, staffing issues, customer complaints etc getting help from the higher ups can be like pulling teeth and don't ever bother asking for a refund for anything because it's not going to happen. 

Also if you like getting paid on time instead of 3 or 4 days late maybe look at working elsewhere.

Staff are professional and friendly 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The Director oversees all aspects, micro managing.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Stressful and restrictive, again due to the Director.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Replying to customer emails and podium complaints, all day!

I have had jobs before and this company is far the best I have ever worked at. 
I love what I do and love the people I work with.
Every job has it ups and downs that is caused from outside issues not the company or the people I work with :) 

Theres always plenty of room to grow in this company. If you work hard you'll be recognised. The only downsides are working weekends and public holidays and some sales staff will steal your sale.

To save yourself time and energy, you will not receive any support from the head offices, they give zero care to customers and the sales have to put up with all the mitakes that they made becasue of the poor systems. And you will not to be paid ontime.

One of the worst places I've ever worked at, constantly under paid, nothing ever gets done if you bring it up, not even basic whs exists here and every day a new stupid idea is brought out by HO

stock orders regularly unavailable

I love working for this company beautiful furniture which is easy to sell. I learnt the most in this position and became a manager. I love the customers and love selling.
