in winter time one day it was very cold day and wind aswell
this time of the year is very hard to sell ice cream. so that day we all franchisee owner decided not to go for business. but personally i did not agree with them and i went for business and  i sold about 80 boxes which was above the average (50boxes) what i learn is rather then assuming better be on practical. and good thing is few customer did not require any ice cream, but they found me there on very cold day so, they decided to buy at-least one box from me that was my most enjoyable moment.

A map to follow, people to see, I could listen to music as I drove. Overall it was a great job and I really liked it. The customers are happy to see you and the kids got really excited. I did 2 days a week for 14 months as the relief driver for the owner. Excellent boss, wonderful to work for. The hardest part of the job was finding toilets and some times the long hours.

Fun place to work. Meet lots of great people who become regular customers and enjoy having a catch up chat with you every fortnight. The only downside was the hours were 11:30am start and work till 8:30pm which doesn't fit in well with family life if you have young children which is the only reason I gave it up.

Best job i ever had. You where your own boss. Your goals where not unachievable.  It was fun and custo 
 mers had fun choosing there special desserts. On the road a fare bit. Looking after your van through the company. You had competition within own employees to who could get top sales person.  Stock was regular every week. Walking into cold storage every day -21d. 

Worst place and worst company I have every worked for do yourself a favour and never work here, I was fired with no reason along with a number of other drivers as sales where dropping due to winter, direct managers would say don't expect to sell much and joke around about how much head office is hopless

selling to the general public  and having a chat to your customers that you sell too. 
the hardest thing with a days work would be trying to concentrate on yr driving while you ring the bell. 
I have been told that i have a great nature when out there in the cummunity with my customers

This position was strictly packing, and keeping.   Salary was adequate with no benefits staff and management were wonderful this was also part time on a rotational system which meant I could change my home life to suit my working hours or vice verses

I loved working here . I did 8 and a half years but moved on to a permanent job. The work was easy.hours were great for me. Perfect in summer not so much in winter but still liked the job

I like to travel and would like to move to cairns as I like the nice hot weather, I like to meet a lot of new people and different cultures

Easy work place environment, lots of people around to help, fun , good work culture, good management and supervisors. It’s a seasonal job.. busy in summers where we get over time and gets quite in winter (don’t get many hours)
