Hillsong Church

I interned in the executive management offices where my daily tasks varied from event planning to emails. I worked on a 4 person team that managed all the administrative needs in the office. The most challenging part of the job was to do everything with exactness and attention to detail while making it look easy. But the most rewarding part of the job was knowing that what I was doing was a part of a bigger picture than myself.

Im currently in a volunteer position so i do not get paid however i love the sense of community that Hillsong Church creates for every type of person. Everyone is welcome to come as they are. We are always focusing on others, always seeking out ways to help where we can & how to show people they are loved. The team in which I volunteer with are second to none. So hard working, incredibly encouraging & one hundred percent selfless.

My time working at Hillsong Church in Waterloo, NSW was a pleasure.  Though my job required much of me physically it never felt tedious because of the team that was established carefully by our supervisors.  I made family instantly and am still very much with the majority of the team that I had the opportunity to work alongside.

Volunteering at Hillsong church is an absolute treat, I get to welcome people with a smile and help people feel comfortable, also organise the crowds.

it is only hard when it gets really crowded but altogether it is a very enjoyable job.

During the day, there was always work to do. It was always busy, but it was an amazing time, the people that I worked with were so much fun and would encourage me all the time.
After each day, I would feel very accomplished and encouraged.

Hillsong Church is a beautiful Church, it is a place were Christians both new and old are welcome and were they go praise and worship God and where they go to hear the word of God.

New people are always welcome and accepted.

Workmates were like family. Even in moments of frustration, we worked as a team to accomplish the task at hand. Never felt weighed down - job's purpose was totally clear. Was a pleasure serving and working alongside the Venue team.

Excellent team work, God honoring and a great place to challenge your yourself and stretch your self - what i mean is Hillsong give you the platform to not only learn but grow both your skills and faith.
