Working at Hella has taught me a lot of team work skills that i apply within my community. The management is always hands on and helpful with promotional trainings and encouragement. The co-workers would be the hardest part of saying goodbye daily as we had a great team work bond at all times which benefited in our daily output to always 100% on zero mechanical problems so that would benefit our customers to receive the goods on time. The most enjoyable part of the job was presenting our output at the daily meetings and allowing feedback from the co-workers not only to benefit our Health and Safety but to reach our daily requirements.

We had a very busy working day each and every day at Hella. It was always go, go, go. 
I learned that you had to ensure you made time to fit all your work into the day or else you would be staying back to finish it off. 
There is a lot of management at Hella, more so than I truly believe is necessary. I think if they supplied more workers than managers things may flow a lot more easily for the workers that are there.
The hardest part of the job was trying to get all the work out for the day.
The most enjoyable part was my co workers whom I found to be for the most part awesome. That is what I miss the most.

I started as an agency casual in 2000 and worked all over the company then became a full time permanent employee. 

I started doing production line assembly work building Toyota , Ford & Mitsubishi headlights & tail lights then moved to doing general hand work & & stores work .
Machines I worked with are ultrasonic welding , working with robots , Dough Molding & Plastic Injection molding machines , Metalising 
( chrome vapor ) machines & all round Forklift driving

Hella Australia is a great company to work for. It gave me opportunities to develop and progress myself from operator to Team leader, then Toyota Production System Champion and finally to Production Manager role with great benefits. Great culture involving employees from more than 30 countries. 
Sadly, our OE division is closing due to car industry closure in Australia. Proud to be Hella Employee, a winning and profitable team.

We start work at 6.30. It is a production line so the work is based on production demand. The team is very collaborative and work together efficiently to deliver to  production targets.
Management is very supportive and the culture is very good. It is a great place to work. The staff are very multi cultural and we experience lots of different ways of doing things.

Working with glue is a difficult part of the process. The team makes the job easy.

A great place to work with good environment. People are number one. Safety was a priority to make sure that everyone went home to their family safe. 
The CEO visited all areas at least once a week and had small chat.
Everyone ideas was investigated and implemented where successful.
Every 3 months we had mass meeting with the CEO to understand the company:s future.

Great for first five years the past 2 very stressful. Poor management. Great pay but doesn’t compensate for too many task n not enough staff.  poor work life balance

A good place to work very interesting and defend jobs to work in same day. I learned to work in the team and work in different machine learned quality assurance 100% visual inspection, Before and after metalized parts.Safe workind practices.

I was good company for the Employees paid reasonable wage paid pulse bonus and I have developed a lot of skills and improved technical things time to time.

• Taught basic programming to students with special needs
• Supervised the students with their daily work
• Suggested java websites for self-learning
• Motivated students to have deeper interest in programming
• Provided advice on all subject related queries
