I have worked for Heather Hill Nursing Agency for nearly five years.  I have never worked for a company that focuses so much on support and mentorship.  I wouldn’t be the same professional if it weren’t for Heather Hill, they have been with me every step of the way.  It has always felt more like a family than business.  I have worked for other agencies and have never experienced the same level of professionalism and transparency.  They were very supportive throughout my transition to registration after I completed my degree, and are always available on the phone if I needed anything.  There is nothing better than a friendly voice at the end of the phone after a rough shift or a difficult situation.  I credit my success to HHNA.

Have worked since 2013 as an agency rn and find it works for me as i can work the days and shift that I want to.
they have exapanded and have the home care now which may be more permenent work.

Staffs in heather Hill are good. They have always been nice to their staffs over the phone while offering shifts. They make feel personal by sending bday card in Birthday. They organise Christmas party to get along with the employees and the employer.

HH is awesome to work for. Treat you like part of the family. I dnt have a bad word to say about any of it. Best move I made. Flexible hours to suit me. If im looking fir more hours they certainly accommodate. Clients are amazing, no riff raff

Working with Heather Hill Nursing Agency gave you the flexibility to dictate your own hours. The staff are extremely easy to work with and so understanding.. There is no questioning why? you cant work. Training is provided and uniform.An Excellent Company to work for.

I loved working for Heather Hill Nursing Agency for the 5years I was there, but we had to relocate.  I totally recommend working for them, the staff are friendly, down to earth and professional. xx

It is very flexible to work with heather hill that you can choose your work time and can spend rest of the time with your family and friends or your study. Basically, you will have full rights to balance your professional and personal life.

Management has been open and available , I have an opportunity to grow with the company  , It is slow at the moment but  they have only just moved to the gold coast but are well know in Brisbane area

Amazing always plenty of work, so much so that if we were allowed we would be working 7 days a week, always staff available if there was a problem, very professional

I got a lot of work from HHNA and sadly had to give up the job for one in a hospital ... the best thing about the agency was the support and constant work flow ... the job was not ideal for me however
