A business that is continuously growing and a work team that seeks to make things better everyday. A good work and social life balance. The management seeks to unite the workforce by having family days and BBQs now and again. Re-numeration in comparison with other organisations in the same industry , I would say its a reasonably fair organisation. I am reasonably comfortable but would obviously take up something that I perceive as better.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Learn how to cuts in different specifications  and manage you're role in a time frame.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When the crucial time occurs and you don't know the cuts..

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Noise , different culture with different attitude..

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A day before weekend or your day off.

worked there four years what a waste of time when you work at harvey beef you live and breathe harvey beef the company does not care at all about the wellfare of its employees they get worked hard
to point of exhaustion it is all about production ,but also the staff embraced this WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR

This job is not for the faint hearted, you must be mentally and physically fit. I have worked there for a year and a bit and gained a lot of friends and also weight loss depending on were you are put, as I was a chiller hand. Management is organized really well, you get trained on knives and learn a lot there.

Having To Deal With The Negatives On A Daily Basis.
Pay Day.Clocking Off Each Day.

Worked there for a period of 18 months was alright at first but got really bad after the first week or so. Expected to learn everything from the first day and if you mess up management do nothing to make the situation any better. Long hours bad pay better off working fifo 

Poor communication and bad management. Over worked. Long hours. Most of the workers are visa workers, they are a great bunch of people to work with. Pity they get  mistreated  by the company.

At the time of working there they had fund problems and had to be shut down but we're bought out by a bank and then another company after that. Was a good experience

Harvey beef was a good, well oiled company that is run and operated by professionals. 
When I was at Harvey Beef I learnt a lot and am very thankful to those at Harvey Beef for taking me in and showing me the ropes of the working community.

Good places to learn more skills good plp to work with over not bad pay the hours were good so over all not bad places to work for boss were good 
Plp were good and fun to work with the jobs were very busy
