I was very thankful to the Principal of Harcourts who took me on and the Business Development Manager as well as the Senior Property Manager who taught me everything I know now.

When I entered this industry I did not know much at all.  It was an industry that I had alot of interest in and knew that I would be good at it. The Principal took me on knowing that I had no experience.

I loved this job.  I enjoyed all parts of property management and build amazing relationships with the landlords, tenants, maintenance staff.  After one year in the industry I knew I had to grow more in the industry and decided to complete my Certificate IV in Real Estate.

Unfortunately to the sale and changes made, I had to leave but I am very keen to stay in this industry and become a successful Sales Person

a typical days work sitting at the computer answering phones and getting to know the clients, I learnt a lot of stuff, how to communicate wit people over the phone and the ins and out of the work day.. 
the management were good thay are all lovely people. my co workers were good she taught me a lot, the hardest part of my jobs was leaving I didn't want to leave was a good environment, the most enjoyable part was meeting clients and getting to have converstions and getting to know who they are..

The team at Hardcorts not professional for a job they are doing. They need more trainings to be done. Management need you to spend all experiences from your pocket without any help until you able to do sale then they are very ambitious and takes big portions of money from your pocket. They don’t care if you able to pay for your experiences. They all ready to take away  your sales Leeds without your concern. So overall not helpful teams. 

as above - I was a self sustaining employee being the top performer with the highest dollars income but unfortunately in a business where my efforts weren't appreciated by the business owner

This was a one week work placement for Business Services class at school. While there, I completed filing, data entry and putting up signage. The part I found most enjoyable was the staff. They were welcoming and fun.

When I worked for my mother's former company at Harcourts in Huonville, I was required to place pamphlets in people's mailboxes; even though there wasn't much to the job and I wasn't being paid for it, I really enjoyed it and I was also getting exercise.

challenging and rewarding,The hours were long however what I put in I got out of it.  I loved working with our team, and had fantastic ethics within the office.

Harcourts is a fantastic company, they are dedicated to providing their clients with a quality service and their work culture is incredible. I highly recommend the company.

Was a deeply unpleasant experience. The toxic culture permeating the workplace made every day a struggle, and I ultimately had to leave for the sake of my mental health.
