Ive learned hard work pays off there. I have learned how to manage and train employees, they really get you ready for a leader ship role if your willing to learn. The hardest apart of the job is the work there. A selector is basically a timed laborer which sometimes feels like its impossible job. But it can be done over all their a great company.

Great place to work and the environment is fun raises are given every 6 months with evaluation and it offers great benefits.Training is provided at all times when there are any updates they are overall very organized and ready to assist in anything.Great benefits as well.

Management was terrible, if I needed something they would send me to someone else and that person would send me back to management. It got very frustrating running around all over the place trying to figure out who could help me, they were very unorganized.

This location could use some work on treating their employees with some respect and maybe add incentives for the extra work we have to do in order to leave on time. No more over time but raises every six months if they like you. I put 4 stars cause it’s four days a week and it is less intense than actual warehouses.

It definitely is a suitable and great company to work with. Highly recommend this opportunity. If you are looking for more than just a "job" this would be more than a great place to begin in that direction towards having a career and a small step towards a better future and financial freedom.

I started as a Overnight grocery stocker. One year later I was promoted to GM Stock Controller and shortly after that became Overnight Coverage managing up 40 partners. Secure employment even during a worldwide pandemic.

Mangament was the worst for me, due to the fact because of favoritism, high expectations, and if anyone tries to call out or is sick, they will be given a write up or spoken to. 

Worked as an order selector for over a year. Worked next to a variety of individuals but one thing that kept people here was the desire to improve. Lots of upward opportunity at heb, just have to show you really want it.

Low pay start you at .32 cents if your new start at the bottom you get the bottom  trucks.  Dispatch and everyone is cool the pay and schedule takes some getting used to 

They give you plenty of chances and time to make up for your mistakes as long as you focus on your assignments and dont try to just speed pass them you should be fine .
