Leaving was a mistake—I didn't realize just how incredible this company was until I left. The career development opportunities were unmatched, with endless support and guidance that truly helped me grow. The commitment to diversity and inclusion made every day a pleasure, and the understanding and support from management were beyond what I could have asked for.

The desk drops, fun experiences, and surprises made working there even more special. The people and culture created an environment where I looked forward to coming in every day. It's rare to find a place that feels like a second home, and I regret putting in my resignation. I miss it every day.

I worked there doing a sales role agent in the life department and when i tell you they were the WORST company to work for I'm not joking. The management style was absolutely appalling, the managers gossiped and slept with one another and made the whole environment overall uncomfortable. They have a zero-care factor for mental health and would constantly put people down. Don't even get me started on the sales. They give absolute unrealistic factors to sell when the price of the insurance is so high. They had QA involved and if you failed a certain amount of calls your entire commission is GONE. They will do ANYTHING to fire people, and the turnover is extremely high. They claim there a great place to work but it's actually a BAD place to work. If you want to ruin your mental health apply!! 

The people that you work with are generally nice and there are some nice benefits but the company doesnt realize the pressure they put on staff, the micromanagement you experience, poor pay and minimal opportunities to grow. the politics are not fun to deal with either. if you're looking for somewhere to build a career this is not the place. it's good for a year or two but thats it. you are underpaid and work long hours. people are growing increasingly frustrated with the way things are

A great company with great people. Good culture and Great environment to work in. Newly renovated state-of-the-art building for employees. It has Gym, cafe, gaming area, and Lunch are separate from the work area. Great employee recognition program Quarterly awards & Annual award functions. This company also has a social club which offers great deals from time to time. 

look the company is good because of the people you work with, but if you’re wanting to be criticised with everything you do this is the role for you, you breath the wrong you’re already introuble. the company doesn’t realise how much stress and trauma they have put on their staff. there’s some alright benefits but it’s not worth it if you get pulled aside because you use the wrong “there” in notes. overall a pathetic excuse of a company. 

Do not work at GFS! It is extremely micromanaged, they set unrealistic KPIs, they pick on you with every little thing you do, can’t go to the bathroom whenever you want. You make one mistake which last time I checked I’m a human not a robot they will put you on a performance plan. All they care about is collecting customers money and could care less about their employees well being. And they try to manipulate people to stay by sending out gifts every couple of months!

I worked from home so there was no work environment

busy all day non stop and constantly customers complaining

This was a good company to work for, everyone was so friendly and there was a good team environment, anytime i needed help someone was always there to help and support me whether it be the manager or senior sales agents, Management always helped me achieve my goals by giving me extensive training an coaching to achieve what i wanted to achieve.

I love working at Greenstone the environment is very positive and the team atmosphere is great to be apart of. My manager is very supportive and Im excited about the opportunities to be able to progress. Its motivating to see others around you move up in the business. It makes me want to work hard so I can progress too!

I have thoroughly enjoyed working at Greenstone for the past 10years. My time here has been full of growth, endless opportunities and a great experience.  Greenstone is a fast paced environment that quickly adapts to a forever changing industry and ensures the best outcomes for it's customers and employees.
