Middle State Management are Weak No support Feed you woke   by other low IQ staff just wanting to bring down management for their own benefit, this company has no soul with current middle management, actually pay is lousy  for what they expect and sales pressure on achievers OTT  to cover for the Intellectual challenged staff  in other branches This company gives absolutely no support to anyone treat you like garbage  when the chips are down , Plenty of jobs elsewhere

On a typical day I'd arrive to the designated site and wait for the truck, then load/unload cargo according to the supervisor instructions.
I learned how to properly handle big items and how to secure them on a truck.
Supervisors and other casual workers are very friendly. Good initiative and attention is welcomed.
The hardest part is to move and manoeuvre big cumbersome pieces harder to take good hold of.
Most enjoyable part is the teamwork dynamic and companionship.

Extremely busy and focused.  Learnt to multi-task even more than I already can.  
Management were supportive.
Co-workers helped where possible.
The hardest part of the job was always having to apologise to clients/customers for errors from an operational part of the business.
I enjoyed making my customers feel comfortable and assisting them even if not part of my job spec.

The environment is great , very lovely people at times

A very busy place to work for where you are always learning .
The management are attentive to detail and the culture is strong .
The hardest part of the job is yourself for not putting in what you want out of it .
The most enjoyable part was travelling around Australia driving to all different locations.

Toxic office environment,  if you are a drug addict you'll  fit right in.  Managers turn a blind eye to workplace harassment / bullying.  I felt stressed and uncomfortable.  Always promised a pay rise but never got one. Lots of work with very little pay. 

My time there was very  enjoyable and staff and team members there were was very welcoming and treated me with considerate .

Management was extremely helpful with my training there , also the key factor for their business was focused on customer service.

If you are good at this job it can be financially rewarding.

Strict KPI targets, but if you put in the effort and are not a complete tard I would recommend. Plenty of sales and industry training.

Great hours, fast paced. Good workers. Not the best with believing employers. Change work days without much notice. Fun place to work other than that.

Grace was hard work but was enjoyable, most of all it showed me a new form of customer service that was different to shopfronts. I also liked learning about new and specialised tools.
