Grace Hotel

I am working at the Grace hotel in various section in the kitchen from preparing all the cold and hot food in the seafood buffet,
and working on the room service section as well.

Its a fun workplace and also i learned so much from this job like good communicating with people and meeting new people.I also like people that worked there ,they are friendly and we always help each other to do the job.

it was really hard and terrible and lunch is never giving I have to buy myself I really don't want to go in there always very hard working and pushing
and bosses are ignored us I hate them

All the team member as well as the back of the house staff are very friendly, jolly and helpful. Sometimes its very busy and there are times when the hotel is very quite.

I feel a lack of organisation from the management.  Trying to cut costs reduced number of staff working, the reason of a high turn over and not much commitment from staff.

Great heritage hotel. Culture is great! Everyone is commited to each other's success.
I get excited just to come to work.

good work mate, good environment, only few people aren't be able to do their job like lazy but still in there, they should get fired . fast paced environment
