What is the best part of working at the company?
Packer is the best part in the company i worked. Is packing shed. Is dealing with your attention and focused

When machines change the speed i needed to be very fast

Working with different people from all of the world. Learning their culture and making friends with my colleagues

My typical day is the day i started working.

Nothing was good about working with the company. Pack of power tripping corporate bullies.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
All of it. So much restrictions so much red tape, alot of physical and mental stress and little pay

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic power tripping. Bullying from the top. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Watching the clock for home time

this is very hard work early start 4am until late 9 10 11pm it is cold, shift start at different times in different areas  I worked with some really nice people of all nationality, management was sometimes hard to understand the time wasting way they did things as I don't understand the double and sometimes triple handling of product.
the hardest part of the job keeping warm when there wasn't much work in our area and hanging the big chickens for 1 hour at a time.
 overall it was ok but sometime to busy and load to enjoy.

The most enjoyable part in this job is make friends and make breakthrough.

A typical day at work as a bookkeeper to file documents, employee payment and as a planner.

I would like to work with a team. In a team, the most important part is management. We have a meeting every Friday, and we will as a chairman in turn.

My co-workers are from different countries and we have different cultures. We would like to talk and help each other.

The hardest part of the job is sometimes I feel stressful in my work. But it is a good way to improve myself.

My work was really good place to at becasue all co-workers are acting nice to each other helping each other in hard time is most important one due to that I learn how to work work pwoplw you don't know them, working in team, shareing things, helping someone with the heavy task after comleting your task.

I have been working at GC for over a year now, and let's say this workplace is full of the laziest and most arrogant people you'll ever meet. 90% of all leading hands and above are nasty and have the most inflated ego out of all of the people in the factory; the older members of staff are some of the laziest as well and will not be reprimanded for spitting hurtful comments towards younger members of staff

Nothing major 
Pay is very low

Too much work and not enough workers. 
No coverage when someone is on leave

Stressful environment and not taking care of employees 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful and overloaded work

I always felt part of the team from the time I started, didn't have any issues with co workers. I was able to move around into different areas of production when our department had finished production. Learnt new things everyday with a positive attitude of co workers.

You are treated like a number and overlooked........unless you're a suck up.
Over worked, under paid. Don't work here!!
Fast paced, long hours. Not family orientated 

I absolutely enjoyed my years experience at golden cockerel. If you work hard there you can be quite happy with the outcomes. I became a way officer after only twelve months. I would go back there in a heartbeat.
